I went to this location, as I usually go to the other location. One of the young ladies working was extremely unhelpful and rude. The other location is not like this. Will stick to it.

During two phone calls I made about placing an order, two female workers were very unprofessional. I asked if I could place an order because the app wasn’t letting me and the workers response was “k bye” while laughing historically then hung up. The second call I tried speaking with another worker and as I’m speaking to her about placing an order she decided to be rude and speak over me. After I was told I could come in and place an order I kindly said thank you and then she rudely hung up.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely would not bring my kids here due to horrible adult behavior, would not recommend this location.

Service is always great when using the app and even better are the smoothies. Full of flavor and just as important, they stay blended the entire time and don't separate.Update 1\27\23 To answer your (the owner) question about improving atmosphere to 5 stars from my review of 4. The business isn't really set up for atmosphere. There are not many tables to sit inside in the winter and the table we did sit at by the door rocked almost a full inch with drinks on the table. I didn't want to point this out in my original review, but since you asked. I would think staff would notice this when wiping down the table.

The food and smoothies are great but that customer service, here, at this location specifically, is trash. On the real, go to Sicklerville for the chefs kiss.
The smoothies here are made fresh & so delicious and the fresh ingredients were the reason! The inside was so clean & The staff was excellent! My order came out quicker than fast food ?. Definitely worth the visit if your in the mood for a smoothie ? they also offer sandwiches and wraps definitely will be returning to try more!

It took my food 30 minutes to come out. Supposedly the cook dropped my order. They never told me. After 25 minutes I asked if they were making my order, this was the first time they acknowledged me. A gentleman kept looking at me, 5 to 6 times. It was extremely embarrassing. I intially let the staff know about this. The response was extremely tone deaf.Someone asked why I didn't confront the man failing to be at all empathic about my wait. I asked a straight forward question in a calm way whether the staff's poor service was due to me being brown. One staff member became confrontational towards me and was totally dismissive. I then asked if a manager was available. They responded no. I then realized they didn't even offer me my receipt after I paid (i tipped by the way). I should have been offered a refund but the girls acted like I was to be ignored even though there were no customers.Throughout the whole ordeal they didn't say thank you or apologize for the wait. Typically entitled staff. Avoid this place and get a nutribullet.

Rude. I walked in, came first. Me and one other customer ordered the same smoothie. The worker properly made the other customer’s smoothie and greeted them goodbye, and when it came to my smoothie she spilled it all over my cup and grabbed a dirty rag to clean it up and put it on the counter without saying a word. Just yelled out “jetty punch” (since it was my first time here) I asked if it was a strawberry banana and she (while annoyed) said “that’s a jetty punch” like come on. I just feel like since I was sitting outside waiting for a ride, not looking up kept or decent in their standard, and using their bathroom, it was a problem. I’ll continue to do what I do just not come here. What a waste of time and money for a nasty attitude and smoothie. I can make my own.
