The ViVi bubble milk tea is my go to! It's amazing and I get it, at least once a day. Many others I know get the flaming brown sugar. The onigiri is worth tasting. I always receive a warm greeting when walking in and when leaving. The customer service is quick and exceptional. There are tons of drink variations and options to try. The service is really good with nice and friendly people taking your order and the environment in store is well done. The drinks and food are made well, but I’ve noticed that your drink can come out really different depending on who’s making it.One employee can make your usual the way you want while a different employee can make it much sweeter or not sweet at all. They can definitely work on being more consistent but overall, pretty good service and food.

We were visiting a pet store nearby and saw there was a bubble tea place, so we went to try it. I got the passion fruit flavored tea with strawberry popping boba. It was not as sweet as I would have liked, but there was not an indication I could change the sweetness like at other places I’ve been, so I ended up not drinking most of it and gave it to my partner. The service was quick, the people working were nice, and the seating area was very comfortable and unique.
