The burgers are good but who ever heard of an eating place that doesn't provide WATER? The servers say this is a "rule" and won't provide a cup. Do they think you are going to cheat and fill your cup with soda? What if you ask a server to get it for you? This is a ridiculous "rule" and it needs to change.

This location is terrible. The girls at the front have no idea what they’re doing. My last three orders have been completely wrong. All I want is a crispy chicken sandwich with red onion and cheese mayo etc and it’s always a plain dry burger. Last time there was an entire red onion on it and nothing else no cheese no mayo. My boyfriend asked them to add cheese to my sandwich and they looked at him like he had 3 heads and said they don’t do that there. You can’t add a piece of cheese to a sandwich? I get it every time. Left the napkins at the bottom of the bag completely covered in grease. I’ve been disappointed with the last $60 I’ve spent here.

My only complaint is my burger not being properly cooked. I’m pregnant and now I’m not sure if I harmed my unborn by consuming this. I shovel in food so fast I didn’t even realize.

Food taste just like Mc Donald's on central Ave in Newark, don't waste your money, sweet potato fries were dry, stale and burnt, buffalo wings in a cup were tough and cold in the middle with 1 sauce, the milk shake was good and tiny for the price, the burger was just like an average McDonald's but more expensive and worst. The lady was kind of rushing me when I didn't know what I wanted for my first time there, like if you don't like your job baby do something else because I was very underwhelmed by the food here considering how everything was nearly $45! That burger was so dry that if I tossed it into the Hudson river, it would soak up all the water.

When I'm in the need for a juicy, delicious burger ?. This is definitely my spot! My order is always accurate. Customer service is always Phenomenal. They make the ordering experience very pleasurable! And the food is DELICIOUS!! What more can you ask for!!???

Have been there many times, excellent service and are not shy in committing to accuracy and quality of food. Also, give the "extras" with no problems, everytime without having to ask.
Did a mobile app order. Didn’t look in the bag when picking up. Got home to find no fries or sauce for my tenders. Call the store and it’s an automated loop call that does not let you speak to a human. Tried to submit my experience on the app, won’t allow that either.
