I came here for the first time on Monday as I was trying to find places nearby to eat lunch and I really enjoyed it. It's a great place to grab a bite to eat during lunch. Its clean and the staff are super friendly! I work near by so it has been my go-to place to sit down and eat. I haven't tried their subs yet but will soon! I recommend it if you are near by the Glen Rock area!

Great breakfast and sandwiches, but let's talk about the best chicken cutlets in Jersey !!!! Omg so thin, never chewy, with a perfect crunch. These things are biblical, your nonna got nothing on giannella's !!! Staff is super friendly and the place looks nice. What else you want from a deli ?!?

We order from here at least once a month. Usually breakfast sandwiches on a weekend, but sometimes lunch too. Everything I've ever gotten from Giannella's has been so good! It's one of my favorite food places in this area.

This was my first visit to Giannella's, enticed by a coupon on the back on my ShopRite receipt. It was a Friday at 11:30am. I turned out to be much busier than expected. I ordered the Johnny Depp sandwich as well as the Clark Gable which I would take care of later. I enjoyed my meal on a dish while watching even more customers come in with perhaps 75% of them leaving soon after with their purchase. The "full" sandwich was huge and better yet, tasty. I ate the other one the next day with a two hour pause between the halves. It was also of high quality. I finished with a chocolate chip brownie the next day.

I saw an ad for this place from behind a ShopRite receipt. I decided to go and try their cheesesteak and chicken parm (with vodka sauce) sandwiches. Both sandwiches were very good. Nice soft bread. Fairly reasonable prices. I just wish they have extended hours. I can't wait to try their breakfast and coffee next time....

A neighborhood icon. The bread makes the sandwich, as they say, and they use fresh baked bread of their sister business in Paterson (though it has different owners these days). You cannot beat the value, service, freshness of anything on their menu. Please don't change.
AMAZING!!! We had family and friends over for a Gender reveal party so we decided to order from Giannella's. SO GLAD WE DID! We ordered a 3' sub, each 1' was a different sub. 1' was grilled chicken with fresh mozz, roasted peppers and balsamic, another was breaded eggplant, fresh mozz, tomatoes, roasted peppers and balsamic and the last was italian. ALL were SO delicious and the bread is the best we've ever had. We also ordered a 1/2 tray of penne vodka and mini cannoli's which were delicious as well. Anytime we host, we always have leftovers but not this time!! We highly suggest Giannella's and we can't wait to use them again!

The tuna wrap and turkey wraps were good, I enjoyed 1/2 of ny wife's. The John Wayne sub of roast beef and gravy was not so good. A third of the bread didn't have meat, it bread and gravy. I did enjoy the part that had roast beef and gravy, but whoever make it didn't take the time to properly prepare the sub.

The food is outstanding! Everything is fresh and delicious. As for their portions, you definitely have plenty for leftovers. The staff does an amazing job and so friendly. I absolutely love this place and recommend coming in and seeing for yourself.
