I can't be more impressed with the owner herself ie Christina and her beautiful creation of a yacht cake that she made for me at the very last moment. The cake was perfect and it was melting in the mouth and really yum. I will surely return for any future orders.

I was utterly disappointed with the Mothers Day mini tea boxes. For the price, it was cheap looking and truthful shockingly embarrassing to give. This is the second time time I've been disappointed here- will not be back.

OMG! The cupcakes and macarons taste like Heaven! I was trying to find a bakery that had cupcakes that didn't look dry. I'm new to Bergen County, so I didn't really know where to go. I'm glad I found Petal Dust Cakery! I will be back for my Dad's birthday; he loved the macarons!

Nothing short of amazing! my fiancé & I are getting married in June & the cake was one of the last things on the list! I knew I wanted to go to Petal Dust Cakery after seeing Cristina WIN the Dr. Seuss challenge on the Amazon channel. Anyways! We came in for a testing & delicious wouldn’t describe it. We had chose 5 flavors & honestly super hard to choose. The carrot cake & cream cheese icing I wish I could eat everyday of my life. The berry type of icing was so refreshing & the chocolate was so rich & decadent. Can you tell which flavors we went with? Anyways aside from the tasting. The shop is absolutely adorable! The outside is so cutely decorated & the inside matches the same. Cristina is wonderful and has been very communicative. I am looking forward to working with her for our wedding ! Thank you

My family was very pleased with the beautiful and delicious chocolate cake I purchased. I called the bakery with questions and Christina the owner was helpful and patient in her guidance, and I never felt she was trying to upsell me. She even offered free delivery of the cake as the bakery was closed on my desired pickup date. I also gave an extra slice(cake was even larger that expected) to a friend who also commented how delicious it was. I definitely recommend when looking for a special occasion cake, and I felt pricing was also very fair for the quality and wow factor of the cake.

Cristina is a doll to work with, she made my daughter's vision of a wedding cake a reality. The cake was beautiful and delicious! The Mexican hot chocolate layer was fabulous, vanilla chai incredible, salted Carmel, lavender and one more...all scrumptious.never before have I tasted a wedding cake this good!
I tried their pastries at the party and decided to give it a try. So far my favorites are the everything scones (you are lucky if you get them warm!) and blueberry muffins. We also loved sweet Halloween mini-empanadas. I never had a chance to try cakes, but hope I'll like them as much as everything else!

We ordered a set of macaroons for our daughter’s birthday party. I had high hopes but sadly it did not live up to its expectations. The person taking the order, who I also believe is the owner/chef, seemed in a rush and didn’t seem interested in the order or even details of what would be done. We wanted different colors and flavors with glitter on it. She did say yes she would create a box of mixed macaroons, did not even bother to talk for an extra min about what flavors would be included. We picked up the macaroons on the day of the bday and sadly it looked like a box of leftover macaroons. Some small, some big, some thin and some stuffed. I didn’t even care about the taste,just the way it looked was so disappointing to put out on the bday desserts table. Some kids at the bday party did say that they were yummy, hence the 2 stars but overall experience was disappointing.
