The guy with the green/blue hair was extremely rude and not nice at all, I was line with my girlfriend and he was like can I take the next customer even though we were in line before the other customer. We were still deciding what to get since they were out of stock on the strawberries and cream Gelato, he was rude and shouldn't have apple headphones in either, sounded like we was yelling at us. Honestly he needs to be retrained on customer service and learn how to treat customers respectfully. He needs a talk with manager or owner. That was so uncalled for and probably will never return to this place again!

They guy in there with the green hair was extremely rude and while I was with my friend he made her feel really unwelcomed and uncomfortable. He was also rushing us with our orders as well. He had a nasty attitude with us too.

We visited as it became unexpectedly busy with one employee on duty, (a large group of kids came in all at once,) and he rocked it! Wish I remembered his name to shout him out. As per usual, gelati was on point.

One of the best (from a few) ice cream joints in GR. The quality is.. you know. Rita's. You know what to expect. So the key thing would be : how clean the place is kept. I am happy to say that it is well maintained and clean. Can't complain. It's good
This place is so cute. I came here a lot when I was a child and a sophomore in high school. It's quiet and the staff is so nice. Very homey feel. I go here when I have a bad day.

It's gotten very expensive compared to sayDaiey Queen ice cream . But the ice is why I go. The chocolate ice is always runny and not solid . I complained because it's like melted when you get it.
