My food was all cold!! I called because driver was late and sitting in the Wawa parking lot. The lady I spoke to said it was the wrong address but the driver was right next door to the address it was supposed to go to. The driver never called me to see if he could get the right directions. The lady on the phone said she would be sending out a new order but when the same driver came all the food was cold!! Over an hour late! The lady on the phone was implying it was my fault for wrong address but the driver was next door and had my number to call if he wasn’t sure. Never again will I order from this store. Bad customer service and driver not trained well . He came and said it’s still a little warm and box was dented in SMH. Not acceptable!!!!!

Just got delivery and recieved the wrong pizza called and asked for them to refund me and the manager said they can’t process an error for their error. Spoke to a “manager” Noa, she told me I had to call back another day that they can’t process refunds when they make a mistake on the same day. Seems like they are just trying to steal my money

Order always seems to take a while , i understand they are always understaffed which is why i order ahead of time. The tracker online is also terrible it seems like my order is being quality checked for the past 45 minutes. ): the service used to be good & quality not so bad.

Ordered ultimate pepperoni and there was barely 2 per slice. I asked the manager if I could get more pepperoni and he responded by telling me he i don't have to show him becsuse he made the pizza and it's to their standards.. Extremely disappointing

What in the world is this???? this is completely unacceptable I have never written a review on any restaurant ever in my whole entire life but today I am. I hope that someone from Domino’s sees this because it’s not even worth the $10 credit that was given to me. Is this really supposed to be chicken Alfredo where is the Alfredo where is the chicken and are there even noodles here. Did the driver eat it on the way to my house I’m so confused appalled and upset. I pray that someone from Domino’s sees this again. i’m just going to pray that I woke up and this was a bad dream.

This place is god awful I went in and saw them pick up food from floor and put it on the pizza, my lord and savior LeKing James would never eat there. Sadly if my glorious king LeBron James won’t eat there I wont either…. #ThanksBiden

Ordered a pizza. Everything including crust was raw...somewhat doughy. Called. They replaced...it was horrible. Not sure what happened to them. Pizza use to be excellent. A friend said the use a conveyor belt like system to cook the pizzas. Either why... you might as well flush or burn your money.
Quick pick upod the food. Was good for this type pizza. Easy to order on line.

Nice and clean place, with only one employee. Working hard by himself. Came to get a pizza for my Granddaughter Unique. Congrats to this guy for doing one heck of a good job ?. Wish they had more people like him.

No matter how many times you ask for extra sauce these id'ots don't know how to put it on a pizza. Im not exaggerating but this must be the 10th time. They comp you and then offer you a free pizza so you come back but then they continue to mess up your order. We are done! The convenience of being so close isn't worth a pizza not done the way you want it.

Horrible customer service. Do not order from this store. They delivered pizza that was dropped, cheese all over the box and the pizza was bent. The other items were totally overcooked and when we wrote customer service they forwarded the message to the local business, and we got radio silence. This store in Runnemede could care less about their quality and their customers. If you're going to order Pizza, do yourself a favor and don't order from this Dominos.
