The worst dd experience I’ve ever had at any location I’ve been to! The lady who made my order was rude and nasty! The lady put her hand in my cup and on my donuts, no gloves on any of the food workers, then proceeded to make herself a cup of coffee and drink it as she stared me down, then finally went to go continue making my coffee. Again, no gloves or even hand washing. There are all these questions of why hepatitis outbreaks keep happening , look no further. Looking at the reviews, the same nasty lady is the one causing all the issues and the manager who I spoke to Looking at the reviews, the same nasty lady is the one causing all the issues and the manager who I spoke to at the workers request has done nothing to fix the problem and just like that you lose your customers I will never go here again. Unsanitary and rude, nasty staff. The donuts are disgusting. The coffee is disgusting they don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t know how to take orders, nor do they know customer service!

If I can give a negative star I would. I come here often and the people that works there always seems to have some type of attitude with you for no reason. So today I make a mobile order and when I got my coffee it was not hot just like I got a coffee the night before and it was not hot. So this morning when I got my coffee I asked for the to reheat my coffee because obviously it was cold. The guys tells it is hot, I'm like it's not. So he caught an attitude and heated my coffee up when he gave it to me I didn't realize he did not put the lid on it all the way. So I pull off the drive way and went to drink my coffee and it spilled half of my coffee on my shirt. I go back around to tell them about this situation and all they did was laugh. I told him I need a new coffee. He gives me a coffee and after I pulled off I realized he never made a new coffee and instead of a full cup he hands me over half of cup of coffee after I paid for it. While I was talking the lady at the window just shuts the window and didn't care what I was saying. They some nasty people in there. The guy and lady on the photos were the one laughing. Straight disgusting. And their customer service is trash

Not sure what type of business these people are trying to run here but saying you’re open until a certain time and locking the doors and turning off the lights hours before you’re supposed to be closed is not it. Definitely would never order from this establishment again, they were literally hiding from the drive thru window view when I pulled up so they didn’t have to work.

I ordered 6 chocolate frosting donuts. They gave me 5 and threw in a random donut instead of telling me they only had 5. I was the only one in the drive thru so it wasn’t like they were busy. Let me pick what I’m paying for instead of throwing in something I don’t want. I now have 1 unhappy kid. Check your donuts before driving away.

I didn't get any food items but I oredered four drinksj for my family. A frozen chocolate, a hot caramel coffee, a butter pecan ice coffee, and a refresher. All the drinks were made to perfection. I applaud the staff there for working diligently and patiently.

I am warning everyone to avoid this location at all costs!! They charge you DOUBLE for flavors!! Wanted me to pay $4.75 for a medium iced coffee!!
Zero Stars!!!!On NUMEROUS occassions, I order in the drive thru: an XL hot tea with Xtra cream and xtra sugar. I ask whoever is making the tea to please stir it. I ask because all the sugar that is placed in the tea sits in the bottom of the cup. Do the Dunkin Donuts employees stir it? NO....why would they? Theyre too busy to do something that takes maybe 20 seconds. However, i am given a tiny utensil and forced to try and stir an extremely hot beverage while driving, which burns my fingers. Why leave room for a lawsuit when you could just stir customers hot beverages?! STIR THE HOT BEVERAGES BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT!!!! ...... Please...Thank You.

I asked for a medium coffee 4 cream and 2 French vanilla swirl. I worked at Dunkin before so I know how it works and today my coffee is pure syrup and it’s absolutely disgusting. Worst experience never going back.

I work in the area and Dunkin is my thing. I’m at a Dunkin every single day. I heard from co workers. To not go to this location. I even had a coworker walk in to the office asking what is this locations issue. I have yet had a problem with this location. My order is correct and delicious. I normal get a sweet tea, a donut or a bagel depending on my mood. The staff are always friendly to me. No issues on my end and I have gone here multiple times. So ??♀️
