You guys should probably update your business hours. Went yesterday 4/20/23 a little after 230pm and the building was closed.

It’s 4/4/23 a Tuesday & y’all are closed but online says open !! Need to be more clear about when you’re open bc clearly it says you’re open but your building is pitch black ! Just drove 30 mins to come here and eat for you to be closed .. very unprofessional and I don’t be back

Delicious food! The chicken tacos & Al pastor were the best I've ever had in south jersey, the decor is cute and the service is wonderful

A little far from home, went here for an event.. Bar tenders are very welcoming and make really good drinks. The food is also good.

Sat at the bar on a late Saturday for some margaritas and some food. The house made chips and guacamole were spot on. Queso Fundido w/ chorizo was great. Nice consistency of melted cheese and ground sausage. The Vera Cruz crispy chicken Caesar salad with cilantro ranch dressing was awesome. Chicken was tossed in a honey Chipotle sauce, the cilantro dressing brought a nice refreshing balance to the salad and heat from the chicken. Prices for the food was great, very reasonable. Cocktails and Beer prices are alot vheaper than most places. $3 domestic bottles. $4 import bottles. Authentic Mexican Cuisine. I will definitely be going back. Staff was great, the owner even chatted with us at the bar to make sure everything was good and that we had a nice experience.

To my surprise , this place is fantastic . It used to be called CAPS Bar & grill . There used to be an open mic at this CAPS. Back then it was a local dive that put out music from musians at that open mic . Well now it's no longer a dive and it's fixed up beautifully . The food is all authentic Mexican . OMG I had the steak chimichanga is was out of this world great. I let the owner know about when I lived in California and worked for Budweiser, for lunch I'd stop a this tiny lil build the size of a small bathroom , that had 2 giant vats . One with chicken one with beef. They made burritos , chimichangas etc. Huge also enough for 2 people . Well that night at jalapenos it was a flash back to the California and the authentic Mexican food I got there . I was in total AWE!!! I so wanted to have the fried cheesecake . But the kitchen was closed . Next time for sure . If you liked Authentic Mexican food , this lil gem in Glouster City is the place to go. They have a dining room , and a bar , also a few tables by the bar . They have a band called Pigs on the Wing that plays there Tuesday nights . Thursday night is the open mic . I heard it real crowed that night . So go early do you can eat before the open mics gets started . Kudos to the new owner for fixing that lil dump into a Gem with very very good food .

They didn't have chicken wings so I ordered Honey hot chicken tenders! They were cold but the fries were hot. My wife ordered Chicken fajitas rice was cold refried bean was cold chicken under cooked! Normally when we go there it's cool. But I guess it was a bad day

Bartender/Server was super sweet and really nice but the place was filthy and smelled like a gas station bathroom.

Best Mexican place around that area! Also the selection of drinks are pretty vast considering the size of the place

Got a couple different kinds of tacos pretty good . $3 beers and a cute little girl behind the bar . You can't beat it. I would have preferred Mexican music versus what they had on. some kind of hip Hop something not for me. But the little girl did ask if I wanted to hear the TV or the music so there you go good stuff
