What a shame..was looking forward to a great experience.I had to send my expensive dinner back ,was not able to even chew the meat it was so tough . No dinner for me.it seemed to be a tough night for the staff ...i guess the kitchen was no exception .My husbands meal fair at best...my sons chicken parm was dry and unappetizing.Sorry carrabbas..doubtful for a second try.

I’ve eaten at this location a few times, and usually have a good experience, this time was different. It wasn’t busy, our soup came out, we barely had it two minutes when our entrées showed up. Entrées are sitting there getting cold while we eat our soup, so I decided to take the soup home and eat my entrée while it was hot. I ordered chicken marsala it was barely warm and a little dry.
