Ordered food the waitress had me waiting 20 minutes, as I was waiting for my food the waitress placed my order after t waited the 20 minutes.

The cook and manager/owner is a liar and a thief. He is also abusive towards employees. The food I ordered last night had a bad taste and they didn't pick it up and charge me for it. For a drink I ordered, they charged me for an extra shot that I didn't ask for. When I complained that they were overcharging me, the supposed manager replied that then the waitress had to pay for it. Do yourselves a favor and don't spend your money in this place where they abuse customers and employees!!!!

I’ve been coming to El Sombrero for years. The food has been very consistent and my Mexican and Peruvian friends love this place. I have come here as well as taking it to go. We don’t even live nearby, but we like it so much, that we drive half an hour to eat here. I’ve brought friends from all over the world to eat this ceviche.That said, tonight was a bit different. We were served by Miriam (according to the receipt). She was not only rude, she would roll her eyes every time we asked for something.I usually run into the sweet lady who’s always there who seems to be a manager or one of the owners, not sure. But I would have loved it if she was there so she could have a conversation with this girl.I’m definitely gonna be coming back, but I’m gonna wish that that girl is not our server next time
