Food is great service is the question. I have been here for less yhen a hour. And, with the amount of payroll being used while staff is sitting around on there phones and socialize with one another. No engagement with customer's. Taking longer then expected to serve plus bartender ignoring orders while we had to send our server over to remind him of our order. This is my 3rd visit but this time I can see its a lack of management and leadership. Shame on such a high value food industry I rather go back to fast food. I expect better and really soon.....

We were there last night as always but yesterday we had our best experience with our waitress “Pamela B.” She was amazing and super kind and polite to us, she suggested some new margarita shots that they have and they were delicious. without a doubt she is one of the best

We came here twice in one week just because we had a gift card that we had to use. The first time, we were seated right away and a server promptly came to take our order. The second time we were told that there would be a 20 minute wait for a table for 2 even though we saw plenty of empty two-seaters. I told my husband it's probably because they are short staffed. This seemed to be true on both our visits. On our second visit, it took maybe 30 minutes for someone to take our order and we noticed 3 tables near us that weren't cleaned for a while. On both visits, we never saw our servers after they took our order. No one ever came to ask if we needed anything and we had to wait more than 30 minutes to get our check. I know it's not the server's fault but they really need to hire more staff to effectively run this restaurant or they will close just like the nearby Friday's did.As for the food, we enjoyed our loaded beef nachos and chicken with Asian chili sauce. The chicken tenders with pasta was just ok. The pasta sauce was way too sweet. I liked the shrimp and chicken with mashed potatoes. The alcoholic drinks were tasty and affordable. I'd visit again if service was better or perhaps we will go when we are not hungry so that by the time someone takes our order, we will be ready to eat.

Very poorly managed franchise. The staff is unpleasant and nonchalant; they don’t seem as though they want to be there. My last visit, tables weren’t set up, no salt and pepper, I asked for garlic butter to go with my salmon, the manager brought me cold butter in a messy ramekin. Waiter didn’t check on us as much even though it wasn’t a busy day. I don’t recommend going to this location.

I would give it zero stars if I could!!!! This is the second attempt at this location; I take my kids to the dentist right next to this Applebee’s.I have never been able to even eat there; noone comes to wait on you; and they do not care to either. Today, the male hostess had the audacity to say it was only 5 minutes they were there. Mind you, there were 4 servers just hanging and talking. This is customer service at its worst!!!!!!! Save your time, and go anywhere but here!!!
