I just went today 4/13/2024 with my sister and bought a chicken leg with the thigh and it was like a baby chicken, nothing like before, there was no flavor at all, very dry and awful. The place looked empty, now I know why, the food didn't look appetizing. This chain of restaurants used to be wonderful, the food was great, the chicken was a big size, now they look like doves, please do yourselves a favor and close down this restaurant, you are no longer what you used to be.

I bought two meals yesterday.. a chicken pot pie and half a chicken with 2 sides and a drink... The service was excellent but I have no idea what in the world happened to the food it was awful! Tasted old and flavorless the chicken was soooo watered down we couldn't eat it ...almost like it was dipped in water after cooking it.. Definitely not a choice I will try to eat again.. Was left hungry and disappointed.. Money down the drain.

It feels like they aren't even a real Boston Market. First, they said their systems were down so they could only accept cash. The food seemed old, not fresh. Nothing felt current or clean or even organized.

5 stars for the chicken, 4 stars for all other food items. Plenty of parking space and no waiting to get food. The place needs to be renovated though. Great workers.

The most disgusting and old tasty food is in this Boston Market. The broccoli tasted like water, the Mac and cheese tasted like they were in water for days and the cheese wasn't there. Lets.not talk about the cardboard mash potatos. I hope they close this restaurant as they close the one that really had the good favor

Is this not a Boston market chain anymore? Corn was really garlicky, Mac and cheese tasted stale. Chicken was tasteless. Not sure what’s going on here but I won’t be going to this Boston market again.

Boston Market on Lemoine St. in Fort Lee, NJLet me just start with … while eating I had to look at the bag to see if this was actually Boston Market!! Nothing tasted like Anything I ever bought from here months ago. They missed MULTIPLE items from my order, watered down my drinks and everything is SMALLER. This will be the last purchase to that chain unless they get their stuff together!

I should have read the reviews before I went but I figured if I’m going to a chain, what can go wrong. Well everything, chicken did not taste the same, Mac and cheese tasted like over boiled pasta with no cheese flavor, the mashed potatoes taste like instant mashed potatoes. Gravy was watery. Nothing was good.I’m utterly confused because, as I said, it’s a chain - there’s standards. But I guess not here.Save your craving and money for something else, this is absolutely not worth it. What a waste.

I been to many Boston Markets in NY/NJ. This is one of the fresh places I’ve tried. When you compare a branch in East Brunswick to here, you definitely admire its constant food quality. I found this place after lots of Nj BM stores closed. Seem like there’s a man handling the kitchen and he has professionalism. Though price is higer than pre-covid, I still love BM.

1 of the few Biston Markets left in Bergen County. Prices are much higher for Thanksgiving dinner this year but better them cooking from cratch. Thumbs up the the manager, I think his name was Felix.
