Burger King Hackensack is an over 60 year old business that is historically well used frequented by nearby FDU students. Despite a remodeling some years ago, and a pleasing visual atmosphere, the establishment has fallen in terms of food. On a recent visit here, I found my Whoppers to be severely undercooked. If it weren't for the fact that I had a bus to catch, I would have had them reheated. Instead, I ended up having to take what was left after a couple of bites home, and then reheated them myself, to my satisfaction. Friendly service, even was checked on while dining by a kind man who may have been the manager. (He was behind the counter and then making rounds in dining area). Love that they have impossible burger on menu and was able to remove bun/make it a plate. A+ for attention to detail.
