I used to like Chipotle, but they're been doing some things that unfortunately damage their name.Food hasn't changed in flavor, but lately, the chips always come out stale and salty. The other day, I told the lady in charge (I believe) that the chips were stale, and she started to argue with me that they were fresh from the fryer. After trying to convince that she was right and I was lying, she gave up and gave me a bag of fresh ones.

Whoever is working that tortilla station tonight should get fired. Her attitude was nasty. I know ain’t nothing wrong with it cuz she was all nice and sweet and smiling to the lady in front of me. Idk if it’s cuz she was spanish speaking and they related or whatever but that lady put 5 scoops of chicken for a double (red card) and my burrito would’ve looked like bird food if I didn’t ask for extra rice and meat. Crazy. Change your damn staff and train them. Portion size is absolutely ridiculous. 0 stars

Wow the employees are so unfriendly! It's almost as if they are trying to make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The place was pretty filthy too- a reflection of how much the empoyees care. If I was the owner of this place I would seriously try to improve on this. I won't be back even though the food was pretty good!

I came to the store during business hours just to hear from the employees that there is nothing, no rice, no bowls, and no food at all!!!I know that they are freaking lying cause they can freaking bring new food but we all know that just cause they don’t really like what they are doing. The staff needs to be changed, they already do not know how to even smile for people. Bad experience!

Worked a 14 hour shift and thought about picking up some chipotle for take out dinner. Only to bite into a ball of hair when I got home. Extremely disgusting and extremely frustrating that I even paid for this meal.
