First time trying. They had a promo of 50% off the subs so I decided to try it for the first time. Honestly with all the online order that was coming in, the staff was very friendly and got out the order without much of a long wait. As for the sub, subway has its own version of the sub which is what I order from there these days. But, Firehouse Pepperoni pizza sub is worlds better. Maybe it's the garlic bread or the meatballs, but so much tastier than the subway version. both are also priced about the same.

This is the only place we have been at doesn’t have water cups , and they don’t even allow you to bring in the kids water bottle because they claim corporate said you can’t bring outside food and drinks. Tony said there’s a sign on the window and there wasn’t. Tap water is free - why do you force people to pay $3 for a bottle. Don’t come here!!!

From other reviews, I see that I am not the only one that had issues with the male behind the counter.Rude, condescending, and makes his own modifications based on his assumption about what was “entered in the system by mistake”.No, the fact that my wife did not want bread was not a mistake. Your app gives that option, and we selected it.Yes, we wanted a sub without some of the toppings that are standard on it. Again, your app offers the ability to remove them. Why not just follow what the receipt tells you?When I went back, he gives me attitude about what he thought was a mistake on the receipt. Didn’t even offer to make it how we wanted it

Unfortunately, I must express my utmost disgust with the recent experience I had here.While I have consistently enjoyed positive interactions with the staff in the past, a particular encounter has left me deeply unsettled.Upon entering to pick up my order, I encountered a middle-aged Arab man whose behavior was both discriminatory and inappropriate. Despite my clear order, he made unwarranted modifications to my order based on presumptions about my appearance and religion, not giving me the protein that I literally ordered based on a religious stereotype he assumed of me when I clearly asked for no modification also he didn’t even give us our fountain drinks we paid for till we asked multiple times….This unwelcome interference, coupled with inappropriate gestures and comments, created a deeply uncomfortable situation but I just ignored him and was minding my business eating.But the situation escalated, his conduct became increasingly predatory, staring behind me and even whistling at me and signaling that my outfit wasn’t modest enough which immediately prompted a sense of urgency to leave the premises, especially considering I was accompanied by my minor siblings.This experience of prejudice and sexism has not only soured my opinion of fire subs but also raised concerns about the safety of your customers, particularly young girls.It is imperative for management to address this issue promptly and take disciplinary action against this problematic employee. Such behavior not only tarnishes your reputation but also undermines the integrity of your establishment. Regrettably, I can no longer consider myself a customer of yours...

If I could no stars I would..I asked 2 people who worked there if the meat was lean for the sandwiches and their response what do you mean. Seriously. I asked them to show me the meat the 1st layer was fine, but after that the rest of the meat they put on the sandwich was so fatty we could not even eat it. So disappointed we will never go back or recommend it to anyone.

Stopped in while traveling.I have no pictures, but I was shocked why my sub was hot and soggy?She said that’s how they make them ?Guess I should have researched better and the location near my home closed after a short time, clue I should have picked up on in a busy area.If a got a good Italian cold sub and set it in my car for eight hours in 90 plus degree heat that’s Firehouse subs!Disgusting a few bites then trash can finished it.I’m sure more will close soon .It’s almost an insult to support firefighters this way,They deserve better!
