I ordered some cupcakes for a co worker who was leaving to go to another position. The cake part was dry. You can tell that it was not made fresh. For 9 very dry cupcakes paid 30 dollars. DO NOT GO THERE. My mistake trying to help small business rather have gone to Shoprite.

I had ordered a cake with this bakery that was supposed to be a fondant cake. The owner assured me that I was going to be getting an entirely edible cake. The yankee logo at the top of the cake that I received was a paper print out. It was supposed to be edible. I was so disappointed!!! The lettering that said "happy birthday" was supposed to be fondant and edible as well. Instead it was foam arts and crafts. It was not what I asked for! The worst part is that I didn't get a heads up from the owner about this. I paid for something I was not satisfied with and the owner did not care about my experience! I do not recommend this bakery and will be letting my friends and family know not to go here!

Terrible customer service, very rude man who owns the place. The cake was dry. It was supposed to be chocolate it was all vanilla. It was for my baby shower the man completely almost ruined my day. He spelled my sons name wrong it’s spelled “Ayden” he spelled it as “Aiden” AND not only that the theme of the cake was supposed to be “TOY STORY” THE ONLY wording on the cake was “STORY” And when I tried to get my money back he kicked me out of the store.

Not a good experience. Made a cake for my daughter’s shower but got it all wrong. First, the cake was supposed to be chocolate and they made it vanilla. This was a huge disappointment because we had everything else in vanilla and wanted the cake to be chocolate, so there’s that. They made a mistake on the outside of the cake which didn’t even make sense what they wrote. Huge error there. My daughter was very disappointed. When we requested some (not all) of our money back, they flat out refused. Ridiculous. Will never be returning here.

DO NOT order from this place! I ordered a cake for my friends baby shower a week in advanced and even sent the guy a picture when I came to pick up the cake it was a baby shark cake that said happy birthday . I ordered a baby shower cake that was supposed to be boy story theme . When I got there and saw that the cake wasn't what I ordered he made me sit and wait an hour to re make the cake and he didn't even remake it correctly! Was supposed to say boy story the cake only said "story" I specially asked for chocolate cake and the inside was vanilla with strawberry. When I told him I wasn't satisfied he called the cops on me because I asked for my money back. Do not recommend this place the man is very rude and clearly does not understand the meaning of customer service .
