I was so excited to try this place out because a few fellow Ecuadorians had recommended it to me. My brother ordered take out on a Friday afternoon/lunch time. He was able to order easily and the food was given to him in a reasonable amount of time. They have color printed menus with nice photos for each dish. I ordered the bolon verde with chicharrón. When I started eating I noticed there was no chicharrón but I kept going thinking I was encounter it soon. I got halfway through the bolon and found all the chicharrón had been packed in the center of the bolon. On top of that, all of the chicharrón was burnt to a crisp. I laughed because it honestly felt like a prank. I'm not sure how much my brother paid but no price was worth what I received. My brother ordered grilled chicken, rice and beans. My sister had a beef empanada. They liked their items and had no issues. Given that my siblings items were okay I cannot say I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I just wouldn't recommend the bolons from this place. There are other Ecuadorian places in the same neighborhood (walking distance from this place!!) that serve bolons consistently well made. I hope that they are consistent with their other dishes and no one strikes out like I did.

The cook named Milton is extremely rude and unprofessional. We have made several phone orders, they give us a time to pick up, we get there within that time and that idiot says you have to come back in another 40 minutes? This has happened several times and we're not spending our hard earned money in this stinky place!Zero out of 5 review!

This is one of the best Ecuadorian food places I've been to.They have really good prices and serve big portions.There service is amazing they have helpful staff and you can ask them anything!The ambiance in the place is nice you can smell the amazing of food they have tv there's so you can watch while eating your food or waiting.They play music there as well.One of the best places I recommend to go to if you want to eat Ecuadorian food!!!

I will not call that place again, bad service, I call, they answer me and then they take the order and you decide if you want to pick up the order, wait an hour and fifteen minutes and I told them it's a lot and they change, not good service, it takes a long time for the food to come out.
