I wanted to order from the lunch special so I asked for beef & broccoli I was waiting for them to ask me with what side... but she didn't say anything so I asked don't I get a side ? I told her when I go to a different Chinese restaurant when it's a lunch special I have the option to get an egg roll or soup etc. but the older lady said no not with lunch special that's all you get I was offended because it was the way she came out. On the menu it's 7.75 but then I was charged 8.30 So I ate my meal there on site in the corner is where the only table was / they brought my meal in the plastic container with no cover no tray no fortune cookie I felt like a second class citizen and on top of it all the beef had no taste and it was rubbery. I just wanted to enjoy my lunch but unfortunately there are places you go to that really don't appreciate there customers. I normally go to New east Chinese restaurant on Main Street in hackensack but today they were closed. All in all I was very disappointed with this restaurant and I will never go there again

Got take out there last night, the woman who was behind the counter was incredibly rude, not the first time. I have not gone here in a long while because of that and the food is sub-par to say the least. I had no chance to get to the grocery store, so out of necessity I went and ordered takeout. I was screamed at for asking for three! Extra mustard and Duck sauce packets! I get home, and the food was absolutely rancid and inedible. Old, stale egg roll, the oil was old & rancid, funky tasting chicken, and broccoli that looked like it had been picked out of the garbage! Steamed vegetable dumplings looked and tasted like they were filled with sawdust! HORRIFIC.By that time they were closed, and not open again until Tuesday. (This was Sunday night 10/9/22). I took pictures and intend to return for a refund-especially after being EXTREMELY Ill all day today!NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered from here occasionally over the past 7 years. This last Sunday was the definite LAST TIME! Absolutely inedible, rotten food! Served frozen-not-fresh steamed vegetable dumplings filled with "sawdust"! The egg roll was stale and the oil smelled extremely rancid. The broccoli looked like it was picked OUT OF THE GARBAGE! The chicken was chewy and again, that nasty oil. ALSO- I was YELLED AT for asking for THREE extra mustard packs? NEVER AGAIN. PS- spent the next day SICK!!!! From the few bites I ate!

I got Lunch Special Spare Ribs boneless with Pork Fried Riceand this is the Best I have tasted in Chinese Food cooking in 6 yrs..Meal was tasty and spare ribs tender...I recommend this Oriental Chinese Restaurant for Takeout or delivery...
