I've tried the mango slushie at another location of Real Fruit and really loved it. We came to this location but this time, I was in the mood for a milk tea. There was only one person working there on a Monday at around 12, and after I walked in and said hi, she didn't even look at me - just pretended I didn't exist. Well, good thing for the kiosks you can self order on.I had the dragon oolong milk tea and it tasted kind of watered down. This one was also more expensive so I might as well have just gotten the regular milk tea. Hubby had the taro slush, which tasted powdery. We both got tapioca, and that was good at least.I would still come back but going forward, I'll only stick to the drinks that have real fruit in it, hence the name.

The fruit Juice was good. But the young girl behind the counter was very rude and not friendly. I ordered three drinks. My 2 year old did not like her apple juice because it’s not what she’s used to. Okay fine I understand that. So then my toddler saw a banana that they have in the back in their shelf behind the register , and she was really wanting one. I asked the girl if I can buy one and she said no because they don’t allow her ? So I said okay, charge me for like a small smoothie price so that she can have the banana instead. And she still said noo with an attitude. The other real fruits stores I have been too , have always just b charged me for it. I think she was just a lazy miserable person.

I went a couple times and wouldve given it a 4 star, but knocked off 1 star because drinks and services are really inconsistent. I ordered a mango diamond and paid an additional 50 cents for lychee jelly, but my problem was when I saw my drink was more than a third full of lychee jelly. Who would pay $8.50 for a medium drink almost half full of lychee jelly when they could pay the regular $8 for a medium with no lychee jelly at all? After shaking the drink i was just chewing lychee jelly and could not taste the mango smoothie at all. I would give my recent drink a 1 star and I wish I noticed the drink's composition before i left the parking lot, I ended up making a separate fruit smoothie and mixing them together.

Customer service is horrible! I went in for the first time on 12/02/23 Saturday around 6:20pm, and asked the young lady working behind the counter( slim, short straight hair of Asian descent ), how many ounces were in each size because no where on the menu or the signs above the counter did it state that. She responded with an attitude she didn't know and they were right there for me to see. I just walked out. If this is the kind of customer service you are allowing, then good luck. Took my business elsewhere.

This place should be called "Real Deal Real Fruit Bubble Tea" shop is soooo refreshing! They make your drink to order and with fresh ingredients. They have plenty of options to make your desired drink. If you are indecisive then feel free to ask the staff, they are highly competent in their drink making abilities. Located in a hug shopping center with plenty of parking.

I read all the reviews about poor customer service, and was witness to it within 30 seconds of walking in here. As soon as you walk in, no one greets you or says hello. I stood there and then decided to use the self service kiosk. I had a question about the menu, and tried to get the lady who was working's attention- she seemed extremely agitated and said "it's going to be a couple minutes" before I could even address her and ask a question. I empathize because I could see she was clearly the only one working, and seemed overwhelmed. But it was a huge turn off how unfriendly and unwelcoming everything was.

i enjoy the bubble tea here but it took 20 mins for my order; i even saw the guy put my drink aside and made three other drinks for people who came in while i was waiting (and they were not online orders because i saw them order as soon as they came in) maybe hiring more employees would help? just a suggestion.

Been going there for a few months using cash and receiving change but now and as of yesterday 8/3/23 there are new rules for purchasing. Either you use a c/c or (exact money if paying with cash). I had a $20 to purchase2 drinks and with a rude and sarcastic tone the girl behind the counter said we can't help you. Must be exact or the rest is tip for them. Left the store to probably never return. The arrogant girl who refused to give her name should be fired because her failure to be more sympathetic to customers. I was brought up the customer should be respected and 99% of the time is always correct. This is for Real Fruit

Mango smoothie bubble tea is the only good drink here. If you want the classic black milk tea bubble tea or other tea flavor bubble tea, they just taste very bland and no tea flavor at all. Bubbles are also not sweet and not as soft. Also I don't like how their credit card machine asks for tips, I guess this is becoming more common in these establishments.
