They get confused for what you order, I ask to go something I want separately they give me 2 instead of 1, they put everything in 1 bill when I already ask do it separately. They forced you by putting the service fees you give what it is not what they want you that's why they start 15, 20, 25 % . I think they need more organization. And please the ceviche cut it smaller.

Comida bastante buena pero el servicio un desastre. Y son tan atrevidos que cobran propinas Por lanzar un plato de comida y retirar los platos. Pero. La solución es no regresar pésimo el servicio

This restaurant used to be very popular and good now my family and I stopped going because they take 20-30 minutes to take your order and they get the order wrong. When you want to ask for the bill I had to go to the cashier to ask for the bill! If I wasn't there all afternoon. The new waitresses obviously want to do things well, but the old waitresses often have a bad attitude! It's unfortunate given that it used to be a very good, family-owned restaurant. I hope the service and delivery time improve.

We went with my husband for lunch. We ordered guatita and fritada. It is the worst guatita I have ever eaten, the taste of the guata was horrible (I imagine it was poorly washed), overcooked and dry (even the potatoes were barely visible). The fry's name was overcooked and the fry did not taste good. We ordered a chicharrón bolon which was average and the only good thing was the cold oatmeal. We left there disgusted; obviously we will never return

Wish we had not gone here. Sopa de bolas was room temperature, they got my son’s order wrong, and I had to go back near kitchen and tell them it was wrong. So while we ate, my son had to wait a long time. Plus his food was not even worth the wait. What a disaster. The worst part was the soup must have been siting there in room temperature, or just old, cause my mom got very sick in middle of night. NEVER AGAIN will spend money there, not even on a beverage. I called to speak to manger and a girl claiming to be Daniela (she probably gave a false name) said there is no manager, and said she will ask owner to call me. It has been over a week, and no call.
