This review is mostly for the location, since the service was good.This is NOT a Starbucks like any other - since they are a part of the book store they're in, they don't carry all of Starbucks coffee varieties and options, AND will not accept the Starbucks app, or purchase in advance and pickup.Don't come here if you're looking for the new, seasonal arrivals (although they might have some), or if you want to use your app for point.The servers behind the counter were very accommodating.

PROS: this was a nice starbucks. staff was nice, it was clean, and they work hard. parking is plentiful and they made my order correctly CONS: Limited seating compared to other starbucks and where they put the orders was all unorganized and my cup was lost in the mix OVERALL: I would definitely come back here, but while you wait for your order just keep your eyes on the employee calling for your name that way your drink isnt lost amongst the thousands waiting

I bought 2 caramel macchiatto. Both had only milk with little shor of coffee. No caramel. I paid 10 dollars for just a cups of milk. They don't know to make it. I waste my money for nothing. Last time, I go in this shop.

Service is very slow, but it is a very high traffic shop. I think they are under staff and need some improvement. I thought the hospital is nearby the area (few block) and they don't offer dark roast coffee after 1100? The outside parking is another issue, but I doubt they can do anything about it.

The girl/lady at the cashier wearing glasses ALWAYS has an attitude! They really need to hire better staff.
After ordering my drink my mom and I noticed that the people who ordered after us were getting their drinks first. We stood there and waited for 10 minutes after a while when the worker finally got to my drink she started it then put it aside. Then she kept on pouring the drink out. My mom told the cashier who was helping her that the lady clearly didn’t know how to make my drink. The lady said “ On no the only reason why you are waiting is for the decaf.” My mom said “no I watched the lady pour out her drink 3 times.” My mom got a refund and we left. *FYI I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino*

All starbucks are pretty much the same. Its just the type of service that varies. This starbucks has friendly people and a nice enough area to meet and do work. It is close to the hospital so its a good meeting place for any collaboration that involves people that work at the hospital or are patients at the hospital.

For them to have so many baristas they cannot seem to get drinks right or communicate with any energy or pride. I myself am a former barista and while it is annoying and drinks can be confusing. You would still try and put your best foot forward in hopes of going further. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed in the leadership.
