I'm hungry and starving. Try to get a Subway Sandwich But the lady couldn't understand what I saying and looking at me like I'm stupid. Then she gets mad. Then I asked for wheat bread and she gets more mad. But we don't have wheat bread. I was just trying to get a bmt on a wheat bread. And how you only have Italian bread at Subway. Isn't there supposed to be a variety?

I would give zero stars if I can. Placed an online order and got half my order and my sandwich prepared with ingredients I didn't ask for. Reading is fundamental. I called the store very rude girl answered with horrible customer service skills. My options were to go into the store to pick up the rest of my order or go into the store to get a refund. If I was able to go into the store I wouldn't have made an online order. Asked for a manager and was advised he quit. Horrible service! They won't be getting an order from me ever again!
