I ordered through their website and tracked my order. Suddenly said my order was delivered. Not sure to who because I never got it. You cannot contact the store directly. You communicate through text or email. They never offered to resend my order. Just told me they would refund me. 7 days later still no refund. So I am out $33. I like their salads but they have lost a customer.Update: still no refund. So now down to 1 star.

I frequent here cause it’s the closest.Needs better prepping!- Not having ripe avocados (somewhat understandable) because its the day after New Year, and maybe the delivery was delayed, but still at an establishment as big as Sweet Greens, someone should ripen them beforehand (like other establishments by using temperature method or ethelyn gas method) , whoever is in charge of such checklist.- Out of NutsThis maybe another reason as the prior….But I guess protocol is to just not serve? Rather than to find go get?- Undercooked Rice or “gone bad” rice (severely not edible / bitter after taste / breaks when chewed)ok so this comes back to managerial issues not prepping or checking.Cause at the end of the day these are your “main” ingredients, whats the purpose of spending average $35+ only to get underwhelming food? Especially at an establishment whose whole identity and premium is based on the fact it’s “Fresh (try to keep it Local) ingredients “Normally I wouldn't care as much and gulp it down. But days where I have limited time to eat because I’m busy, it’s just annoying to go empty stomach because the establishment wasn't doing their part.

walked into this SG with my daughter today and saw something I have never seen in a restaurant! Two workers(both women) were carrying a large aluminum foil covered pan over to a table behind the counter and off to the side but still fully visible to us. they took the foil off, it was full of freshly grilled chicken which they then reached into with their BARE HANDS no gloves, and proceeded to pick out pieces and eat them. When they saw our shocked faces they giggled and put the foil back on. This is disgusting, unsanitary and I am sure a clear health code violation! I have been a customer in NYC and here for years but I am done. Where was a manager? what else goes on that we can't see? we walked out and I cannot unsee that.

Food is always good and fresh. However, the customer service is lacking. I'm always made to feel like I'm being an inconvenience by asking for a salad. So odd.
The person that was making my salad took his hands and grabbed the lettuce. When I complained and ask if someone else could make my salad he got an attitude with me. Threw the dirty lettuce back in the bucket to serve to other customers then rudely said to me “what’s the big deal, I have gloves on”This location needs training.Hackensack, NJ.

My favorite is the Shroomami bowl and love the side of roasted sweet potatoes with the hot honey mustard on the side.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, plus you can also build your own bowl . The spicy cashew dressing is delicious.Dietary restrictions: They have options for everyone. I am vegan and my favorite is the shroomami bowl but you can also build your own.
Really love this place. I've now been three times in the past month and my husband loves it, too. We have had the BBQ Chicken Salad, Shroomami, Elote Bowl and the Fish Taco. The staff is lovely, the food is great (and massive portions), and we love going there. We will definitely keep going back.

I have been to this place a couple of times; the food is always fresh and tastes great. However, one day I ordered from this place and I was frustrated with the service. I ordered through the app but didn't receive my order. The app showed it as delivered, and it was really difficult to get in contact for assistance through the app. It's better to use third-party applications. I do not recommend using the Sweetgreen app. ?
