Wow the absolute RUDEST people ever. I tried to go here tonight and as you can see there are still people in there. As we went inside people were also eating and standing and another group were paying. As soon as I approach the counter the girl looks at me and says "we're closed" and not even in a nice way. So I asked again to make sure I heard correctly because my friend and I immediately shot each other a look given the several groups of people still in there. Also because there were people paying and customers behind that group, they couldn't even use the excuse that the register was closed. Btw, I also only wanted to get a donut, nothing that would require reheating or making. But looks like this place won't be getting my business tonight or ever .

Ordered a black Americano. Price point was extremely high but I'm always open to try new brew. The coffee came scolding hot with no sleeve to temper the heat. It was so hot that I couldn't even carry it for long and had to toss it before even tasting the coffee. Sure I could have gone back but we were on the other side of the mall by then and I didn't want to carry it any longer. Only gave a second star because my wife said her coffee was fine (had steamed milk so perhaps that cooled it down). Sorry, at these prices it should be perfect.

Had their matcha soft serve ice cream on a cone it was delicious and a mochi doughnut . The service was great the owner was very friendly and the place looks amazing they have a whole section for gourmet types of tea ! If you like gourmet tea this is your place.

Amazing Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee house….some of the best coffee I have ever had. Comparable to Hawaiian Kona, grown in volcanic soil. Expensive but well worth it if you are a coffee lover.
