Unique/Great burgers great quality. I put no onions and ketchup for my online order and they messed up

This place is an experience for sure. Those more familiar of course will navigate this place with ease. I'll start with the food. I tried a double with everything and some fries. The fries are cooked to perfection with some good clean oil. The burgers are Sliders and due to the cook space and how they are prepared they come out more like a steamed burger. Inherently the flavor isn't going to blow you away; but it's simplicity is what makes it a solid burger overall. The service structure is where it gets a little strange for me; but it's something that gets easier the more you go. There is no line, no ticket or number system. Once they call next, it goes in order of who was in the joint before you that hasn't ordered. You give your order and then you wait. The wait can be a while if it's busy since the cooking space is small. A suggestion might be to call in your order. There is seating inside but expect people to be hovering behind you since it's cramped. This wasn't a problem to me as I planned on eating near my car or taking it home.Overall the experience is interesting and the food is solid enough that I would come back and get it again.Parking: There is limited free parking around the building. On a busy day it will be hard to get a spot.

Decided to try this place after seeing it on one of the Food Network shows.I just happened to be in the area and promised myself I'd give it a try if I ever was. Okay, maybe I went (a little) out of my way to get there, but it was close enough to where I was coming from.Is it worth the hype? I hate to say it... but for me, it is NOT. There are TONS of excellent restaurants in New Jersey, but this place is famous more for the hype and nostalgia unfortunately I'm feeling.I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers w/ onions and a cheesesteak to go (it was on a roll, not sub). The cheesesteak was a mistake as I was full on 4 cheeseburgers and like an idiot, ordered the extra cheesesteak while waiting (never go shopping on an empty stomach). I turned down the fries and drink as I was only there to get juicy burgers. $22 later and... well, first and last. The burgers needed salt and pepper before grilling as the onions don't pack enough punch. The meat was super fresh, as were the buns, and the homemade pickles were excellent. I just didn't get the tasty, grill flavored meat that I expected to taste, and even with ketchup, it just wasn't there. I hate to admit this, but a particular chain recently had $2 double deals and they were juicy, tasty, California style cheeseburgers at that and I enjoyed them while that deal lasted for comparison. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'm giving this place a solid 4 but I will never go back. I was hoping this was going to be my new "White Castle' style burger joint, as I prefer to support local Mom & Pop operations more than all else.Again, it was all made fresh, and I was lucky enough to get one of the 15 counter seats (I was there at 2:45pm) and at least had a chance to have the experience that people have hyped.

Just walked out of this place. They are more concerned about their online orders then the 20 people standing inside waiting patiently. Finally gave up after the woman in front of the line was yelled at that they were to busy with online orders to take her order and if she was lucky they may get to her in 10 minutes. Wow what horrible customer service!

Absolutely love this gem of a unique burger joint from yesteryear. Experiencing the organized chaos and how they remember people's orders is half the fun. Be sure to remember your place in the queue order and be ready to spit out your order as soon as you are called upon. Wait until after you have ordered to grab a seat as the turnover is ongoing and timely. Order your burgers from the griddle chef and be sure to order fries and drinks from the other staff when asked. They each have their designated products that they are helping you with. Never disappoints.

The food is excellent, the prices even more so. My only issue is the management of the orders. There was no line, we just had to remember after whom we entered. Definitely a must try, just be wary of the lack of line and the wait time.

Small fast food restaurant. They have a free parking lot attached. The burgers are sliders so order a bunch of them. When you walk in theres one large grill surrounded by a counter and a few stools. the food is delicious but the experience can use alot of improvement. Be aware it gets extremely extremely crowded In There. People come pouring in there was no sense of where the line started or ended. it felt like survival of the fittest/ beat the buzzer. I highly recommend ordering ahead. They take card and cash. The griller will take your burger order. There are other staff that take your drink and fries order. Overall it's worth ordering ahead and picking up.

The original slider. It’s incredibly delicious burger. Has a homemade taste to it but the flavor of the burger is so good it doesn’t need ketchup. As far as the restaurant itself, it’s super crowded. Do yourself a favor and order online. And you will be in and out quickly. Otherwise be prepared to stand around waiting.

We finally got a chance to try this place. The sliders are the size of White Castle's. However, they're tastier and juicier. We ordered online and picked them up without having to wait long. The place is small but nostalgic, having that classic diner feel to it. A definite must-try if you haven't already.
