Make sure you “read” the menu properly there, after being told asking for lucky charms cereal ice cream with just the “marshmallows “ is a common mistake… I was then told we should have read the menu since there are two types of marshmallows. To make it right they were only willing to give me a size 1/5 th of the size purchased.

my family loves their ice cream cake... I do tooit's what we think of when we think of birthdaythe workers are always helpful and they know what their job isand I can't say enough good about them all .had a bad experience once when the owner got involved,he got everything wrongbut he seems to be involved over his head and other placeswhere I'm sure he gets everything wrongso I only saw him once or twice and he was not cordialbut the ice cream is worth it and the workers are very nice I buy 5 birthday cakes the family loves the product.I recommend it

My boyfriend tried to order the trick or treat. Got oreos and she moved onto the next order. I tried to order a trick or treat in a waffle bowl. She said okay and then handed me a trick or treat in a normal bowl. its too loud in there and she was trying to close a half hour early. Not worth my time.

From the moment we walked into the store, we were greeted with warm smiles by the staff members, instantly making us feel right at home. Their genuine happiness and welcoming attitude gave off the vibe that we were more than just customers – it felt like we were among friends. The staff's friendliness truly added to the overall experience, making our visit to Cold Stone Ice Cream a memorable and delightful one.The ice cream were so delicious.I highly recommend stopping at this Cold Stone location if you’re in the area.

Staff was friendly but would not take my coupon off the app becuse they couldn't find the right code (they said the owner doesn't let them manually do it) Store isnt eco friendly. A small "Like it" sized ice cream is $8 with tax. Do I need to say anything more?The floors are so sticky your shoes literally stick to them and make noises as you walk.Was not greeted upon walking in. Stood in line for 10 minutes without being helped. One associate seemed to be assisting a man ordering an ice cream cake, but no other workers in sight. When it's summer and 85 degrees outside you should have not anybody working by themselves.Walked out and left. Take your money elsewhere!
