Been coming to this location since week one and now all of a sudden, the amount of meat is half. Not sure if it's just this location or chain wide, but buyer beware. 3 meat Italian sub and there's more bread and veg than anything for $15

Ordered a sandwich. One of the last of the night I assume. I drove all the way back there for oil and vinegar to be out on my sandwhich because the loaf was so dry I just couldn't eat it. All the owner had to do was show professionalism and want a customer to come back. Took the sandwhich back and gave me my money back after him arguing with me. Wow. Just wow. I left w nothing but distaste for a sub place I've gone to for decades. (other franchises)Owner argued W me whether or not my sandwhich had oil and vinegar on it. Petty.

I found the bread tough to chew off, possibly day old? But the most annoying thing was that only the meat fit into the bread. All the tomatoes, onions and peppers were piled on top so that when you went to eat it, they just fell all over the place. Other places that I’ve been they use a knife to make sure that all the ingredients are tucked into the roll.nothing bad to say about the staff. They were pleasant.

Again they forgot the hot peppers. I’m going to go to the Byram store.

I ordered the large Italian sandwich platter from Primo Hoagies for my New Year's Day party. The sandwiches were neatly cut and stacked. We had the roast beef and cheese, turkey and cheese. The stand out sandwich, for me, was Nonna's veggie sandwich! It was so delicious with the breaded eggplant, sharp provolone, broccoli rabe and the winning layer of roasted pepper on top! Along with the sandwiches, I was given some small squeeze bottles of oil and vinegar, and a bowl of various peppers and onions for my guests to flavor their sandwiches to their liking. I highly recommend this business for your catering needs!

Best subs and great service. Absolutely the best subs I've ever had in my entire life and the sides are cheap and amazing. I recommend the marinated mozzarella balls.

Breads good but that’s it. The chicken cutlets are terrible, worst chicken I’ve ever had honestly.

Great sandwiches. The best are Italian style sandwiches. The Abruzzi with pork, sharp provolone and broccoli rabe is so good!!

My wife, myself, and my very young child went into Primo Hoagios for the first time. I asked the very nice guy behind the counter what he would recommend. I told them I liked spicy. He said the Diablo with the in house roasted peppers. I ordered that. My wife also ordered a roast beef and cheese. They did not have a kids menu, however they made grilled chicken for my child and cut it up for her. ( Very nice of them! )I was brought my To go Order at my table ( Amazing service!)Now on to the food:My Diablo was 10/10. Spicy, and full of flavor. My wife's said her roast beef was very fresh, and tasted great, and the bread they use was to die for!I did try a peace of my child chicken and it was very flavor full and seasoned well. She ate all of it.Over all, 10/10 Will come back, Thank you for the great food and service, and making that chicken for my child even tho it was not on the menu!Parking: Big parking lot easy to find a space close to the front doors.Kid-friendliness: Very! they made my child chicken even tho they don't have a kids menu! THANK YOU SO MUCH! SHE LOVED IT!

Always a favorite at work when I bring lunch catered by Primo’s in Hackettstown! Can’t resist picking up an extra loaf of seeded bread for dinner on the weekends - so good with olive oil and fresh Locatelli - yum!! Keep up the great work.

UPDATE: FORM WAS FILLED OUT DAYS AGO. NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM OWNER, NO CALL OR EMAIL.We ordered from here for catering. We got the super-duper tray. They gave it to us in 3 trays because they ran out of big platters and never told us.The sandwich was cut into small strips, the size of a finger, attached a photo. NO WAY DID IT FEED 25 PEOPLE. WE HAD 20 GUESTS.They combined the vegtable sandwich with meat so our vegetarian guests were unable to eat it because the meat was on the veggie portions.Spoke with the manager, who didn't care at ALL. literally said "there's nothing I can do, what am I suppose to do". Great managerial skills. We will not be ordering here again and I urge everyone to not cater from them, as they do not care about the customer.
