I hosted a baby shower for 30 people here. The entire experience was positive! The staff, especially our lead server, Trinity, was extremely attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and plentiful, and served beautifully on tiered trays. The atmosphere is classic tea room, with a little bit of shabby chic vibe. We were able to bring our own decorations and wine an hour before the event began. Another positive was being able to meet with the manager, Krysta, two weeks beforehand to iron out the details and we stayed for lunch to sample the great food. The chef/baker creates outstanding baked goods and sandwiches. And, yes, the delicious tea flows freely! I highly recommend this wonderful venue!Vegetarian options: Jane's Tea House also accommodated our gluten free guests.

Tasty sandwiches, scones and desserts. Scones were so good, hard to take a mini sampler home.

This was so much fun! When I made the reservation, I was asked about food allergies, I told her the two we had. When we got there, our waitress asked who has x and who has y. They were on top of it. She also had a pot of tea for the table as soon as we sat down. It was delicious.I would definitely recommend going here.Dietary restrictions: They were very accommodating

I ordered a bistro box according to the specifications directly from the website and did not receive what I paid for. I tried a bite of what looked like cut up strawberries and feta on hard bread, and it was awful. Then when we called to let them know, we were simply told, “Sorry, the bistro box is seasonal, and those things you asked for shouldn’t be there available to order.” (And yet, they are.) Feels like bait and switch to me, which is very irritating. It wouldn’t have been the biggest deal in the world, if the food that I received were not things that I don’t love, and the scone, which has been very good in the past, is cold and hard, as opposed to being recently baked.Used to love this place and am disappointed with this experience as well as with the fact that they didn’t make it right when informed of how it was wrong.

my boyfriend and I were told that we need to “hurry up and eat because they have 40 people coming in.” I made a reservation.

I came here for a tea lunch for my grandmother. The tea shop is super cute and they have a pre fixe menu to eat with your teas. All the food was delicious. Our server was also super nice. I would also like to attend a tea leaf reading. I would definitely come here again!

Sad to say our girls day out experience was unsuccessful due to a poorly trained staff They charge adult prices for an 11 year old! It took her 40 minutes to get us water she didn’t explain anything about any of the food she gave us. We were following the instagram and it advertised a secret word “quiche” which our server did nothing about besides giggle nervously for the amount of money you spend at this location you would expect a more comforting experience. The lack of knowledge from the only staff member decreased the femininity of a classical tea party the owner should be embarrassed of the business she barely runs. And their were still Christmas decorations up?

After many afternoon teas here, today’s meal was a disappointment. The winter menu is limited to specific sandwiches and scones, so I ordered the quiche, which was flavorful, but too small.Even the decor and attention to the usual elegant detail was missing. The tea was excellent, however, served in beautiful pots, and my dining partner was very pleased with her food.
