Horrible service. Delivery missed half order. Was told would re- deliver. 1 hour later and still nothing. Called store and asked for refund. and the supervisor was reluctant bc said missed order finally left atore almost 2 hours after original order. It never came. 3 days later and no refund. Called store again and was told store manager was to call regarding refund and no call. Why do I have to speak someone to get my $ back that was paid for items not received?? 1 week later and still no call or resolution. Also 2 messages sent to corporate with zero response. With so many good pizza places around there is no reason to order here. Lesson learned. My kids asked for Dominos but never again.

Ordered online, my app said the food was ready to be picked up. I got there and it wasn’t ready, everyone was clueless and did not know about my order, eventually they said it had not been started, I ended up having to wait another 30 mins for my order. No one wore gloves, the guy preparing the pizzas was wiping his sweat with his hands and continued working on the pizzas. Did not bothered washing his hands, he’d pick up the phone and go back to touching the pizzas. I do not recommend anyone to order from here, the most unorganized and unsanitary place I’ve ordered from.

One of the absolute worse experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant ever. Food was ordered ahead and marked as complete. We get there and someone tells us we need to wait a few more minutes.A sweaty employee/manager was on the phone with a customer, hung up and started berating the customer to the other workers with profanity. The man then ran out of the store without helping us.We stood there for another 20 minutes. While we were standing there the worker dropped his tongs and several pizza pans and kept using them without cleaning them. He used dirty crust tools to make the pizza. No gloves or any cleaning of anything. Absolutely disgusting and I’m not sure how they passed health inspection.Then someone finally comes to check on us again and no one even ever made our food even though it was marked as done half an hour ago. The employee “looking for our food” ran to the back room and did not come out for 10 minutes. At that point I told the only remaining employee to just cancel the order and forget it.During My time in this store 3 customers walked out due to not being greeted or helped. Absolutely horrendous service and this location will 110% close down if it continues to be ran like this.I WARN YOU. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS. THERE ARE COUNTLESS OTHER DOMINOS WITHIN 2 MILES THAT HAVE MUCH BETTER SERVICE.Will not be a customer here again most likely. Pure trash. What kind of restaurant can you not even get food from? A trash one. Stay away.
I ordered carry-out and the app said my order was ready. When I got there nobody could find my order or knew anything about it, even though my name was on the screen with the completed check mark next to it. I waited around and watched them drop pizza oven spatulas/ utensils on the ground and pick them up and continue using them. They mostly ignored me while I stood there, except every few min someone would ask me what is your name on the order again? And then go look for my name; and not be able to find it. The employees seemed very stressed and overwhelmed and I felt bad for them. Another customer entered the store and waited in line behind me for a few min, then left, since we were both pretty much being ignored. I eventually just left too. I was very grossed out seeing them drop tools on the floor and continue to use them, and my order didn’t seem to have even been started anyway…

I ordered online and also paid for my order online. Once the app told me my order was ready, i went to pick it up, and when i got there, it wasn't. I waited an additional 20 mins after already waiting 30 mins for my order to get done. That's not the worst part. As im watching them prepare everyone else's order, i notice no one is wearing gloves. They're talking too much over everyone's food. There is no organization whatsoever. And their preparation space was way too small they definitely need a bigger place to work and be more efficient.

Tried to order a pizza for deliver on A TUESDAY around 1 pm, not am….it took over an hour and two phone calls before the order was canceled. There is NO WAY this store is that busy for this to even happen. The quality has gone down so much in the past year.

me and my bf ordered over 3 hours ago and we went into the store to get our order since it wasn’t delivered and they didn’t even make it they were just standing their on their phones, also no gloves and everything just looks dirty

accidentally ordered at this location instead of one that is opened later, ordering 30 mins before this dominos closed. i was shocked by how AWESOME my service was. they went out of their way to make my night amazing despite how late it was. seems like a bunch of great ppl that work there so if u need a job apply within lolthanks again ^-^
