My mom threw my bridal shower here this past weekend and everything about the day was perfect. The servers were so great and so sweet and the food was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure the shower was perfect.

Excellent!! White mussels, hot sausage, dinner included salmon, pasta in a delicious and delicate white sauce, lamb, and a pasta in a rich red sauce! Consistently perfect! Don't miss Verona! order anything on the menu and you'll leave completely satisfied. We ended with cannoli and an angel layer cake made with milk and so light and perfect!

Verona ranks at the top of my favorite restaurants. Authentic Italian food that never disappoints. The service is impeccable; pleasant Hostess, waitstaff is attentive and informative, food is delivered in a timely manner. Noise levels can be a bit high in the restaurant, but that gets forgotten as you enjoy the taste of the fabulous meal. We make this place an Easter tradition. Highly recommend to our friends and anyone that enjoys authentic Italian food.

We eat here alot and the food is consistently great. James was our server and he gave excellent, friendly service. We started with the peach burrata & strawberry salad, which was more than enough for 2 people. The dressing was nice, a little sweetness and not the acidity that normally comes with balsamic types. We came out to eat chicken parm & we stuck to that, we both ordered it and had some to take home. Tres Leche is my favorite dessert and it was delicious. Next time maybe we'll try the carbonara. It's been a bit since we've come & the lot around the back is now a metered lot (used to be free).

This was the best dining experience I may have ever had. Our waiter, Mario, was exceptional and truly a pro from beginning to end. The wine (rose), appetizers (mussels with the red sauce and artichokes), entrées (penne, à la vodka and gnocchi), and desserts (ricotta cheesecake and salted caramel gelato) were all to die for. At the end, he recommended a homemade limoncello to us that was smoother than some I've had in Italy. The atmosphere was fun, warm and very homey. The staff was truly happy to be there and the entire restaurant was having a blast. 15/10 experience!!

We have always enjoyed our visits to Verona. We are always welcomed and treated like honored guests. At the end of the meal, even though we chose not to have dessert, we were offered a bit of limoncello, and then, to top it off, a portion of tiramisu to share. How could we refuse? The food was very well prepared. We started with an Arugula/pear/apple/burrata salad, and then I had the chicken verona, while my wife ordered the chicken piccata. I thought my dish was perfect -the chicken was tender and the sauce was subtle, with asparagus, crab, sun dried tomatoes. The piccata was basically very good, with lemon, artichokes, but with too many capers for our taste. -- note for next time.

Nice atmosphere. Went on a Sunday night... it was very loud upstairs the whole time... the server did apologized and said a family was upstairs having dinner. Food was very underwhelming. Website menu said entrees come with your choice of pasta or vegetables. The in house menu stated only chicken or veal entrees come with pasta. Food was very disappointing as I have seen great reviews of the restaurant.

The chef and kitchen produced fine food—-balanced and flavorful. The service, however, ruined the restaurant experience. It demoted our appreciation for the food itself. Our server (Doni G.) spoke with unnecessary condescension and was quick, abrupt, and simply rude to a guest in my party who was hard of hearing and needed to repeat questions to him for clarity. This one employee brought down the overall perception of the restaurant experience. Despite the good food and permissible ambiance, as well as the friendly host, you can almost perceive that this individual was overworked, tired, and discontent, and unfortunately released his frustration out on my party, stating to my guest, “You don't have to repeat what she said. I heard it all,” referring to a question another guest had. Maybe if the server spoke with clarity and more slowly, rather than speaking so fast as to be so difficult to understand, then he would not have to be bothered by a customer repeating clarifying statements. To sublimate the experience, some complimentary amaretto was served along with dessert, but the dessert experience had already become unmemorable as a result of the poor interaction. I'm sure the dessert tasted decent and delectable like the rest of the food, but then again—the inferior service experience overshadowed everything else afterwards. As a BYO, one must question if this complementary Amaretto that was readily available as a comp is an expected strategy to compensate for the expectation of poor behavior by staff during service. This comes from someone who has consulted for various fine dining establishments in the US and EU. I say this with conviction and discernment, as this was my second visit to this establishment because although the food was well-made, the subpar service quality, or lack of quality standards, ultimately compromises the margins that are charged in the menu prices.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here with friends. All of the food was excellent. The service was excellent. And the ambience was nice. I highly recommend the linguine pescatore and lobster ravioli as well as the octopus, fried green tomato and clams casino appetizers. Wonderful night!
