Waitress made us feel rushed. In addition when she clear the table. She splashed sauce from the other dishes onto my clothes. Didn't even acknowledge it. In addition they have audacity to add 18% gratuity onto the bill and a 4% credit card charge. Overall the food was good. Food is SO GOOD SO GOOD i love ordering it to go but today i decided to eat here with a couple of friends and honestly i would love to rate it this place a 10/10 but No id rate this place 2/10, service was horrible, i waiting 20 mins for a drink, 55 mins for my entree, and my entree came cold. I would only recommend take out.

We had a great meal here the other day; Yuca A La Husancaina and Tripleta. Both were tasty and fresh. This is our new go-to place in the Paterson area.
Irst time for both my wife and I to sit in D'Carbon Bar & Grill. We really enjoyed our dinner; 1) Lomo Saltado (Carne) with my Inca Cola drink; and 2) Camarones Al Ajillo. I highly recommend them. Last, the waitress are very attentive and music is awesome.

Didn’t like this place at alllll! I regret going and paying for this bad service! Food was ok. Had better ones. Waitress was arrogant giving me and my mom attitude. Taking forever to serve us. My mom finished her food N no drink. Definitely not a good place to have a good time! Zero stars

D’ Carbon Haledon even though is located in a good area is full of ghetto people, you’ll feel uncomfortable and will have to leave. Management is horrible the lady that manage literally doesn’t know how to manage a place. Bad service, waitress will make you wait until you call her. Not a safe place to come with your kids.
