Terrible customer service!!!! Tell me I’m trying to walk inside and this lady that works here just standing there texting gods knows who, I don’t eat meat so I came to ask what’s on the menu the old hag gonna say you have to call in what you want before you place your order which I already knew and then she proceeds to say it’ll be a 40-50 min wait on my meal which last time took a maximum of 10-15 mins so either there new staff or she just stupid. Overall service horrible, Staff needs to be trained properly.

Overall food is good and decent portions. My main complaint is that it’s inconsistent. I’ve had food from here multiple times, mainly due to convenience but stopped going for a while when I realized the food wasn’t always made the same. The rice, cabbage etc is the same but I’ve had oxtail, goat, curry chicken, stew chicken, ackee & saltfish and seems like sometimes they’re a hit and other times a miss. I haven’t put my finger on if it’s different chefs or the same one changing it up on me.
Vegetarian options: The vegetarian selection is not wide but whatever vegetables they have is fresh and nicely prepared. I’m not a vegetarian but I always order whatever’s is available. I ordered the oxtail. I believe this is the best choice of meat as it is well done and can be had with anything. If you are lucky, U can catch breakfast before 1pm. The ackee and sailfish is very good. Served with fried dumpling, roti or Jamaican style.., yam and banana!Dietary restrictions: U can choose to have a mixed steam vegetables if U don’t want meat.

The food was great! Must try. I am used to NY jamaican food so I was skeptical at first but this food was 10/10 and good prices for jersey. I wish I lived closer. The girl at the register was very friendly and even offered a reward card/future discount program for frequent visitors. If you are in the area you must try this restaurant. It did not disappoint.

I am disappointed to say that the cabbage was spoiled , OMG it left a horrible smell in my car and i just got it detailed and then i tasted it and then it was slimy and i had to spit it out , The stew chicken wasn’t all that tbh also the oxtail was hard , am really disappointed, Their drinks were Great but the food was spoiled so i wasted my money.
The customer customer service skills to this place is so abominable. The professionalism of the associates that work in this place is so abominable. I ordered off Uber eats. It says that they’re working on my order. My driver gets to the restaurant. The restaurant then calls me. States that they do not have any more mac & cheese. They wanna offer me something else. Mind you my entire order was curry chicken Which came with a salad and rice and peas. I also ordered a side of mac & cheese and a drink. They didn’t have the mac & cheese. So I told the lady I did not want her substitution. So she told me that I had to cancel on my side. Which is absolutely not true. The restaurant is supposed to let the customer know through the app that they are out of an item. The customer then can decide on a substitution or continuous the order how it is without that item. Or cancel the entire order. This lady had the nerve to tell me “ No, you have to cancel it. I offered you a substitution.” That’s not how it works. How do I go to a restaurant to buy something and the restaurant is going to tell me what I’m going to eat and not eat. When I told her you need to do it on your side I still want my food minus the mac & cheese, of course. The gentleman told the lady that was on the phone with me to just cancel the order. And just hung up on me. I don’t know where these people think that they get off with this customer service acceptable. Well, you just lost the customer. Learn how to do better

Food was delicious. The goat had just the right amount of spice to it. The service here was great. Story time: I went to this restaurant and asked for curry goat. When I got to my car, I realized they mistakenly gave me oxtail. I went back to have my order corrected, and not only did they give me a plate of Curry Goat, they told me oxtail is one of the most popular dishes, and he gave me a sample to try. The sample was very delicious and I see why it is popular. I may go back for the oxtail soon. However, the curry goat was very good, and the portion was big enough to eat for dinner and again for breakfast. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I’m giving them two stars because I’m very disappointment, I always order from them for delivery no issues… this time I ordered from them I ordered a large curry chicken meal with rice, beans and cabbage, when I received the order, it was indeed a small a little bit of meat and salad. No one called me to inform me they were out of cabbage. I’m still very confused to why I have a small instead of a large I spoke with a lady on the phone. She did not apologize. She said maybe I got the wrong order which I did not because my name was on the receipt she said they were out of cabbage so they gave me salad, but who said I wanted salad , when you are out of something you suppose to call the customer, no apologies, no next time you order give us a call will comp you nothing.. so unfortunately, I will not be ordering from them anymore and I love this please

This is a tiny place. The only seating appeared to be chairs set against a table in the window. On a hot day there was no air conditioning and the door was propped open. My friend and I walked in and almost immediately walked out
