We had a long wait to get a server to come by. My wife went to look for someone to make sure we hadn't been forgotten. The manager came by and apologized for the wait, blaming himself for the delay. He offered us a free appetizer for waiting which was nice. The food is always good but atmosphere is just so-so. I don't think the place has been updated in 20 years, so it's due.

Service was a little slow but still an ok experience.
This Applebees has excellent customer service. Last night my brother and I were having trouble placing our order (on our end, not the restaurants) and somehow we both ended up placing an order (we only needed one). My brother called and they were incredibly friendly and swift to cancel the order for him. The wings were also great as always and 50 cents each is a crazy deal. Don’t sleep on Applebees is all I gotta say.

I used to go to this apple bees a lot but lately the quality just went down hill. My last incident made not want to return ever again.Ordered the rib basket but it was barely warm but my fries were cold. I told the waiter Cristian about my fries being fond AND HE PHYSICALLY PUT HIS HAND IN MY PLATE TO TOUCH THEM AND CHECK! He left to “change “ the fries and he came back the same fries ! That he had reheated ?never had I experience this at a restaurant. Just killed my appetite
