Food was horrible, the music was so loud we couldn't talk to each other and the waitress couldn't answer any of our questions. They told us it was happy hour and we were charged full price.

We had dinner here a few years ago and it was a nice time, however this time made it our last time for sure! Our waitress acted as if she didn’t care about her tables or orders. Her friends came in and she had her back to all her tables for a good 15 minutes. She had their drinks and food out to them in a split second as we sat there waiting for bar b q sauce for over 30 minutes. She had zero intention on asking her tables if they were okay and needed anything. She would look over at her tables with a smirk and run right back to her friends. She only had five tables and the people behind came after us and left before us and I could hear them complaining of the same thing. I’m not one to leave complaints but come on, that’s your job take it more serious and professional.

Every time my people or just me eat at BWW, we all have to use the bathroom with intensity. I mean MULTIPLE times from the one meal. In all the years this restaurant has been in Mays Landing, I’ve eaten there maybe 3 to four times, and my story is the same every time.

The wings were actually pretty good! The hostess taking our take out order was not very good, or friendly for that matter...definitely didn't want to be there that night! However, I'd probably still go back for take-out or eat in.))
So to start let me just say it was not busy 5 tables seated in the dinning room.. service was extremely slow nothing came out at same time. Things came out wrong the Cobb salad was terrible brown lettuce dry egg un-riped tomatos, burgers were extremely greasy, fries were cold. Very unprofessional braiding hair in the hall while serving food in not ok that's not sanitary. Come out laughing when we've been waiting at the table for 20mins just for the check! Very terrible experience! Would not recommend. Save your money and time!

Popular chain, has always been good in the past. Waited 10 minutes to be seated. Waited longer for a waiter to take drink order. Woefully, understaffed, I guessWings are always good. Great selection of sauces. New bourbon sauce was a good choice.Music was loud. Lots of sports bar TVs but no way to hear specific audio.
