The steak was raw as well as the "steamed broccoli." There was barely any cheese in Caesar salad. I only ate the mashed potatoes then the bill came after I sent the meal back and nothing was removed. Finally got meal removed just to have a charge of 6$ for a Caesar salad that wasn't eaten and was the size of a child soup bowl. Waiter kept disappearing. Finally paid the bill and left.

Absolutely horrible service and experience with this restaurant. Placed 2 orders for pickup, first one was missing multiple items that we paid extra for. The next was a chipotle bowl that we can only explain as half eaten. We called and we're only offered gift cards(no chance I'm going back) or to drive back to pick up another meal and missing items. No offer for money back or a discount for driving back. We were then greeted with a smug attitude asking if we want to check the order this time. When we got the remade order we couldn't believe they ever sent the first one out. Sure mistakes happen and I can say that for the missing items, but there is no excuse for the second meal being sent out as it was. It should be obvious which meal in the photo we had a problem with.

Went here about a week or so ago with my boyfriend/travel buddy and a group of friends and we all had a great time while here. The service was great, the waiter that waited on us was very nice and friendly and then the food was phenomenal. Will definitely be back again!
Ordered online through Grubhub and Chili’s canceled my order with no explanation or call to see if I wanted anything else. Not acceptable. Will not eat there again!

Very good customer service and food. The music gets a little loud but it's still a kid friendly spot.The kids menu also has good selections. We came during happy hour which had some pretty decent drink selections and price.I love the 3 for Me option which comes with a drink, appetizer and entree.

Although the food was excellent and the waitress (Samantha)was excellent, having to wait over an hour to pay the bill was terrible. I was with a group of people who asked when making the reservation if they would do separate checks and were told "no problem". Well it was a problem big time, like I said it took over an hour and when I left there were still some people waiting. I don't understand why the manager didn't come out and explain what the problem was and also to help out the poor waitress.

1st time at Chilis..The food was excellentI got the 3 for me deal loaded potatoe soup, oldtimers Berger and for only $3.49 extra the original margarita..Zack was an excellent server, very attentive!!I'll definitely come back
