This is all around the best Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to in this area the older guy that works here goes out of his way to greet everyone and is extremely polite me and my friend have a Dunkin Donuts right next to our house but we make the travel all the way to this Dunkin' Donuts so that we can see this guy and attend this Dunkin Donuts rather than the other one this is now our new Dunkin

This place has variety of snacks. For a quick bite, you can definitely stop by. Fresh donuts and bagels. Signature latte both hot and ice are really nice and fresh!
They never get your order right. The one on Nottingham way. Is not a good place to get coffee. I recommend 275 Parkway Ave. They have the best service around. They are very friendly and you they get your food right. There is no long wait time either.

I will never go there again and probably will report this incident to the BBB. I went in to get a frozen coffee and the India man that was making it insisted on placing creamer in my drink. I told him I was lactose intolerant. He completely ignored me and continued. I told him you are not going to make me drink something that would do harm to my body. I asked for a refund as he insisted on saying a derogatory remark under his breath. FYI- When serving the public you MUST use active listening skills.

The guy who works there Samuel made the best French vanilla cold brew, and was extremely nice and friendly, he deserves a raise. You just earned yourself a repeat customer.

The avocado toast is good. I've never had bad donuts. The coffee is great cuz American runs on DD. Usually has a funny smell when I go in there try not to be discouraged by it cuz it doesn't reflect on the food. And the staff doesn't always seem to be too helpful but in a pinch it's great to get coffee there.

The older man working there is rude. I try to avoid this location because he's also unsanitary. He coughs and picks his nose at the register. This is the only Dunkin on my way to work but I'm officially never going again after today.

I order through Uber eats daily and lately the order is incomplete or incorrect and they have not answered my call for weeks...today in the bag was cream and sugar and no coffee and again they don't answer the phone... What happened is the mgr Ralphy doesn't want to correct and have someone deliver the correct items that staff couldn't prepare correctly...What is the problem??
