But this place was disgusting. 3 guys standing behind the counter watching March Madness instead of cleaning the bathroom that was dirtier than a ghetto gas station bathroom. Opened bathroom door and was greeted by more flies than there were people in the place. My forearms stuck to the dining table like it had glue on it. Sticky and filthy. Food wasnt terrible. Wouldnt eat it again tho. Could care less about leaving a bad review after watching the employees stand around watching basketball instead of cleaning the filth. They obviously dont care. Cant imagine what the kitchens like…

I am very upset at moment. I am a recurrent customer however after this incident i will not be. My mother placed a food order online and paid in full. She told me what she got, and I had let her know one of the items she got contained mushrooms in which the family she had gotten for was highly allergic to. My ma called up the place and asked them if she could have it re made the response from apparently the manager was "its already in the oven" my ma explained to them that the family member she ordered for was severely allergic, and guess what the response was? The manager hung up the phone! I go in to pick up the food and the first thing i asked was if they re made it the manager replied, no did you want it re made. After my ma already call and asked so i said Well if you cannot remake it i would just like to be refunded the money back. She gave me the option and i asked for it to be re made therefore she ask the cook to do so and right in front of my face he rolled his eyes and gave me a lousy look! I have been a waitress for as long as I can remember and even on my bad days, I wouldn't do that to a customer. mind you I got there around 7 and they do not close until 9:30. I could not believe it I DEFINITLEY will never be back. Then I tried to let it go but it was bothering me so I called back, and the same lady answered the phone I asked for a manager, and she said she was so I let her know how displeased I was and all she could say was " Thank you I appreciate it". Unbelievable!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I have been in the customer service business for 8 plus years. I placed the order online and paid in full. I got a vegetable Stromboli’s without realizing it came with mushrooms. My daughter brought it to my attention and the person I ordered it for is highly allergic. Therefore, I called back and asked if there was way to re make it I got the response “ it’s already in the oven” so I explained why I needed it re made and I got hung up on. When my daughter when to pick it up she asked if they re made it and the lady’s response was “ no did you want it re made” she then replied yes or give me the money back. The lady said “ what do you want” after we already asked if we could have it remade. My daughter went ahead and said re made and the guy re making it rolled his eyes and gave her a lousy look. She commented “ if it’s a problem then just give back the money” and she got no response back. They ended re making it. All in all we have been recurrent customers but I can tell you that after this we will never be back.

Overall the food and atmosphere were good, however, I had an issue with service. The person who rang me up yelled at me across the counter for sitting down without being seated after I asked to take out. I didn’t know that was a rule considering people just sit down when they’re ready to order. I’ve also sat down before with my take-out order and they have said nothing to me. I work in customer service and I would’ve appreciated it if she simply came up to me and told me what the issue was I would’ve understood but after that instance, I felt very unwelcome and embarrassed. I would be disappointed if I had to stop eating there due to poor service because I enjoy the food.

There food is good but one thing that is not is they service whoever answers the phone should be polite to your customers and should know what there doing when a customer ask a question. Terrible service! The girl who answered the phone was very rude and did not know any answers to what I asked , my question was very simple and she was clueless. Will not be going back.

I ordered catering from Godfather's Italian Grill, and it arrived promptly as scheduled. The order required placement 24 hours in advance and included: 3 Plain Pizzas Meat Eaters Pizza Baked Ziti Honey Mustard Chicken Wings (sauce on the side) Caesar Salad (sauce on the side) Eggplant Parmigiana Veggie White Pizza (Spinach & Tomato) Buffalo Wings (sauce on the side) Most items were accurate, but they mistakenly gave us buffalo wings with blue cheese instead of the requested BBQ wings. Luckily, the mild spice made it enjoyable for the kids. Unfortunately, they didn't provide plates, napkins, or utensils. The quantity ordered was excessive for our party of 23, and the ambiance wasn't a significant factor in this catering experience. Suggestions for improvement include including plates, utensils, and napkins with the order, and ensuring accuracy during the ordering process. Despite these hiccups, overall, it was a positive experience, and my guests enjoyed the food. I would recommend this place.

Spent all day shopping and decided to have pizza. We ordered the Mediterranean pizza. WOW, what a treat! The toppings were fresh not over cooked and very tasty. The waitress is very nice and the service was great. Definitely going to come back on our next shopping trip.
I called Monday for a large carryout for Tuesday. The lady that took my order was very helpful. I ordered a sandwich tray of subs and wraps. They put the lettuce tomatoes and onions on the side. Also ordered 3 large pizza's. Everything was ready when I arrived. A different lady checked me out. She was very nice too. They even gave me paper plates. The food was delicious! We will definitely be back.

Everything was fine with our delivery order except for That the garlic knots came with no marinara and the salad we *specifically* asked for NO blue cheese with and wanted ranch on the side instead, came with no ranch and blue cheese crumbles on top. I swear the more I order from these guys the more I'm certain that the only thing on their menu they can consistently get right is their pizza.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat, not expecting much for a strip mall pizza shop, but we were extremely satisfied with the food, and service. We got a couple single slice's of pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was very polite, and helpful. The broccoli, and the spinach pizza slices were amazing. We will most definitely be back!

Service was great, but the pizza was gross. Doughy thick crust, off tasting sauce and cheese and undercooked, yet they still managed to get burnt char on the bottom. I asked for anchovies and they just threw them on cold AFTER reheating the slice. Skip.
