I'm giving 3 stars for service because I didn't get 5 star service but I will say this. I went in for my birthday dinner alone and had a few issues. I went to the manager and told her of my unpleasant service and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I hope her supervisor reads this review. Apparently one of the other servers got sent home because she was sick which caused them to be short of servers. Which caused my service to be unacceptable but this manager didn't get upset or defensive towards me. She made sure that all of my food was packed up, including my birthday cake and she took care of my check. That's customer service!!! We need more managers as understanding and helpful as she is. I didn't need her to take care of my check and never asked her to. Phenomenal

Very lowkey location with more of a slower pace depending on the time of day you visit. I love coming here for lunch nothing beats it. Plus the biscuits are to die for & they always give you some to take home !

My husband and I went there last night for dinner. We had the worst service I ever experienced in my 50+ years of going out to eat at any restaurant. Waitress takes our drink order , goes to put it in comes back with our biscuits takes our appetizers and dinner order. A few minutes later comes with our appetizers, we ask about our drinks. She goes to get them and comes back with just my husband's , I ask about my drink was told its not ready yet. My drink was on their menu nothing special. Shortly after my dinner comes but not my husband's. We assume it's coming right out also. 15 minutes go by without a dinner. In the meantime my dinner is getting cold. Yes I could of started eating without him but we came to eat our dinner together. Spot our waitress to ask where his dinner is. She said I will go see. About 5 minutes later the hostess come to our table to tell us they run out of the fish and needed to make more. My husband's dinner finally comes after 20 minutes or so. I'm still waiting for my drink to come. About 10 minutes later my drink come. I look at it said to my husband that's not what I ordered. He took a sip and no it's definitely not. We tell our waitress and all she said was I'm sorry, not can I get you something else or I'll take it off the bill. Nothing at all. This service was so unacceptable. We asked for containers to pack our food paid our bill and left.

I will probably never go here again. . Our waiter Carlos S was terrible . I was really offended I am a a little heavy but when I ordered the endless shrimp his first comment was you know you can’t take it home . His tone was really offensive and I just laughed it off because I was embrassed . Never asked did we want more biscuits , refilled my cup one time within the time I was there . He just threw the vibe off . I didn’t get my fries but it wasn’t a big deal because I just wanted to leave . But his whole attitude just ruined my experience

Omg I had the opportunity in having Daniel to wait on me and my family. When I tell you that Daniel provides nothing but world class service. I know I sent him back and forth with the all u can eat shrimp and not once did he get mad like others did in the past at a different location. I will recommend when going here u ask for Daniel as he is the true definition of WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks Daniel and keep up the good work.

Hello friends,I hope to be able to call a place, that I had issues with and it wasn’t good at all, and talk to someone, that didn’t even know this situation, if management is busy and have..someone which I got her name , Rebecca who I spoke to about this, She was very professional and very nice and asked all the right questions and was very nice and I go off subject and she was very very nice... talking with me .I called for a update because the manager was supposed to send USMail a gift card to me I never got as I don’t drive! Rebecca told me she would talk to her., manager and asked me for my phone number and said she would tell her to call me... but it won’t be right now she’s not in yet.I said take your time and thank you for being so nice I’m so happy to speak to you as most aren’t as nice and didn’t rush me off the phone. I told her really I appreciate your kindness, and I truly did as I don’t get this respect to often so I wanted to tell her how professional and so nice she was and went out of her way I feel to be nice and told me if she don’t call I will but it won’t be for a couple hours I said no problem. So she called me, not to long after , again very professional and saying who she was and I said thank you so much for getting back to me. She said if you want, I’m not far away from you and I’m leaving work now.I could bring it to you or put it in the Mail. I was so happy that she said that , though all this experience with Rebecca,she made me so comfortable and happy, I said really you can bring it to me wow that’s so nice of you ok so she went out of her way for me and I couldn’t believe it and thanked her so much! As I think of the situation she should be a manager she’s good at what she did for me and it was all really nice and respectful ?You made my day ! Thank you RebeccaKeep being who you are and I appreciate what you did for me.I was able to not get upset and again thank you
