It was our first visit and last, food was good, atmosphere was very good only because we shared a table with nice people, however, the lady who took our orders made our experience the worst ever, very rude with attitude, that night was my wife and son’s BD but she messed up the whole night for us, in addition to the attitude orders were taken wrong although we repeated them many times, even when the chef tried to make up but still we didn’t get what we asked for, simply very bad service.

I’ve been eating at Sakuras for 10 years and have NEVER been treated like the way I have tonight! Today is my Angel for a mother’s birthday! She loves Sakuras and chose to eat there. Our waitress, I believe her name was Francesca, was nice and pleasant. However, Our chef was rude and needs to reconsider his act. He goes around and pours everyone yum yum sauce and when he gets to my mom, because she took too long to answer he says “ahhh no too late!” And doesn’t give her any. And everyone seated at the table laughs because we know all the chefs like to joke around but he was serious and never poured her any sauce. My sister says jokingly “you better be nice to my mom, it’s her birthday so she’s the special lady”. The chef (who I believe his name is Mesh or Besh), says “I don’t care!”. And we all kinda of gasped but still tried to give him the benefit of the doubt that this was apart of his show. So a few seconds later he takes the spatula and cocks back his arm and acts like his going to slap my mother with it!!!!! And tried to act like it was funny!!! I was livid! And we only stayed because my mother, being the sweet, Godly, and understanding person she is, didn’t let it bother her and wanted to stay and continue the meal. The chef was super dry and underwhelming the entire time. Once the chef was done cooking my mother asked for more sauce and he dropped the bottle on the table in front of her and made her pour it for herself! I asked to speak to the manager. This was no help because all she kept doing was justifying his actions! She said she was sorry and she would talk to him but it’s apart of his show and most people think it’s funny. She said that kids love the spatula trick because they jump back and get scared. I said “keyword: kids! My mother is a grown women and his a grown man acting like his going to hit a woman! He really needs to reconsider that because that will not go over well with most adults! And I’m not sure how I would feel if he did that to my child either! Also, I was raised to respect my elders and honor my parents and I felt like he disrespected my mother several times and I know he wouldn’t be ok with someone disrespecting his parents! He needs to learn how to read a room or find a different way to be funny!” But all in all the food was good but the chef ruined the night and ruined the atmosphere. I will not be back!

called the restaurant 6 times to get no answer, drove 25 minutes to get to sakura and be told that there not taking any walk ins at 730 pmvery unprofessional not to atleast answer phone lines and tell customers there fully booked to make customers drive all the way there for no reason not way to run a business

I was really hesitant about going because my past experience wasn't a good one. But my company as did my children, so we went and the service was good the food was better.Are cookies really down to earth and entertaining but not overly talkative which made it good.Food was served in 3 different stages seasoned well and the hostess did a good job keeping our drinks refilled and clearing of appetizer plates.A bit pricey but I will give it a 7.8

One of our favorite places, as we have been going there since my moved to the area 15 years ago. Great sushi and habachi.My only critiques are that the menus haven't changed too much, and the bathrooms tend to be a little nasty.With that being said, highly recommended.

I’ve done both their hibachi & had sushi. Both things are great but their sushi is AMAZING. Depending on what vibe your going for. Hibachi is more for family & kids, but the sushi is more a date night aspect. I love the food here!!!

Good food. Super rude woman who answers the phone in the early afternoon. Almost changed my mind after her attitude while taking our dinner reservation. They should put their staff through some customer service trainings and pay better attention to how their customers are greeted when calling in. If I were her boss she would be gone after the interaction I had. Because the chefs are wonderful, the wait staff is amazing, and the food is excellent, I would still recommend the restaurant.
