Manager refused to help me and fix their issue with the app. Told me the app is completely different and to complain to 1800 tacobell.As I walked out with half my order he smiled and chuckled have a great day and laughed with his cashier ! Very very classy Taco Bell. You lost a customer !

i frequent this location often (should i be proud? probably not) and every time i hear Dawns voice in the speaker i know it’s going to be good. Dawn deserves everything good in the world, genuinely. she makes the best cheesy roll ups. i’d trust her with my life if it came down to it. love you Dawn, keep smiling. :)

I'm not giving them a single star for review cause when i saw my food it was all open and all the toppings were open in bag and i asked them to give me refund they started making excuses and employees tried threaten me on the name of cops.

ordered the new cantina burrito and also bought a cheesy beef burrito. How come my 6$ cantina burrito is significantly lighter than my 3$ beef burrito? I know each location is different but at least show that you did try to make a burrito that you would want to eat as well.

Caucasian Tall Manager was super rude messed up all of our orders. Didn’t receive an order in person and blamed us for not hearing our names. He simply walked away. Another time during drive through we asked for more diablo sauce and he said no and shut the window on us.

Came through drive thru at 10:20am, I’m the only car and ordered 3 Doritos Locos tacos and cinnamon twists. All of my taco shells were shattered and crumbled, my toppings completely fell out and everywhere in my car and cinnamon twists placed upside down in bag. Don’t understand how employees can’t just go above and beyond for customers by just taking their time and handling food the right way. Chipotle is my new go to spot. Over Taco Bell.

Was I supposed to ask for meat on my crunchy taco supremes ? Ice cold sour cream, lettuce, cheese, tomato in that order. I only have myself to blame for driving thru Taco Bell in the first place.

Paid for the extra chicken got same chicken tacos as the regular. With 4 Shredded lettuce and 6 pieces of Shredded cheese. 1st time here won't be back again. Too bad I left my phone in the car otherwise I'd be posted the pics of my close to empty

When I received my order I realized I didn’t get the side of sauce that I paid 50 cents for, so I asked (thinking it was an error) they told me I had to pay, which I already did and then gave them receipt to show that I had already paid. They told me it was on the Crunchwrap (which is not what I asked for) then when I asked for them to just give a side of sauce, they refused and told me I needed to pay for it again, and were absolutely arrogant and said,“when we say, ‘is everything correct on the screen, you have to tell us if it’s wrong”, however; the screen and receipt both say “add Creamy Jalapeño sauce”. I don’t work at Tacobell, I don’t know that means on it or on the side of it. To add insult, the manager came to the window (after I politely just asked for a side of sauce, not even to remake the order) and yelled at me for even asking! It’s literally a side of sauce! That I already paid for! On top of it, there’s ONE PIECE OF MEAT in the whole Crunchwrap! Pictures to prove! Forget Tacobell’ slack of customer service, slipping out of sauce and meat, and headache…I’d rather go to Chick-Fil-A!
