Okay so I ordered their super- roni pizza and asked for jalapeños on it. It came with a salad. When I got my pizza it didn’t have jalapeños one and the salad had an over ripe strawberry in it. I know that the salad didn’t come with that. So I just threw it away. The pizza was okay though. I think if I tried it again but dine in instead of getting it to-go I think the food would be better. Also my coworker ordered something like a meat lovers and instead got an all vegetarian pizza. He noticed it before we left and the waitress/ bartender fixed it on the spot.

Had a fantastic time at this location! Haven’t been here in over 10 years and it still holds up! My wings were pretty good and definitely worth another visit. My wife had salmon and she was very pleased. Wait staff was friendly and efficient and they love singing the birthday song! The room... well. The plane needs to a renovation. It's stuck in the 90s, dark and didn't seem really clean. The salt and pepper are in grinder mills you get off the grocery store shelf. It really kills any ambiance that may have once existed there.

First off, most unflavored food i ever had from a chain resturant?? my marg was decent, the pasta dish i got was so unflavorful it was insane, partners dish was a deep dish pizza and a big disappointment with presentation and flavor aswell. I understand why he was warning me so many times on the way there. ?? (not to mention its more favored on the bar side all the mid age white alcoholics know each other like its the neighborhood dive bar?)

Came with a friend on a Thursday for dinner. Wasn't crowded at all which is great. Staff was friendly. Our waitress seemed informed on the cocktails when I asked which weren't too sweet. I took her recommendations with the Windy City Hurricane and the cosmo. The drinks came out super fast. Windy city was boozy and refreshing only slightly sweet which was perfect. The cosmo was a bit sweeter but still good. Wasn't as boozy as the hurricane.I ordered the aged cheddar & mushroom burger. Didn't have to wait long at all for the entrées to arrive. Overall the burger was seasoned well and had nice flavor. It was just REALLY greasy. Sooo much grease dripping from the burger. The fries are also the thicker cut and they were unfortunately not crispy. The pickle that comes with the burger is much needed with how oily the burger was.Got simple ice cream for dessert. It was good. We asked the waitress for separate checks but guess she forgot and just did a combined check. No biggie just annoying.Overall this place is good for a quick dinner out with drinks. Nothing spectacular, just okay.

The pizza was soggy no flavor, clearly microwaved and it took over 30 minutes to get. Once we did get the order one of the toppings was missing. Told the waitress and she stated that she felt bad and must of hit the wrong key. But nothing was corrected. Only went there for the UHS coupon....never

I've been eating at Uno, since at least the mid 80's when they opened in NJ. Visited many locations over the last 40 yrs. We have some long time favorite menu items. At one point there was a location walking distance from my office in Jersey City and I ate there at least weekly for many years. We recently dined at the Hamilton location. The food was adequate. The service was excellent. It was surprising to see they charge a "2.5% credit card transaction fee" to redeem an UNO GIFT CARD. Of course there was no warning that a "credit card transaction fee" will be applied to redeeming a gift card. That's double dipping, because they also charged a 2.5% credit card transaction fee to purchase a gift card. Now that we used our gift card, we will never ever return to any UNO's. I'm not comfortable rewarding bad behavior. Wonder what other deception is a part of their business model. You've been warned.

The atmosphere and service are always top notch at the bar! The drinks are great, we even tried the sober sunrise for dry January and it was delicious. The personal deep dish is always a win and we haven't had a bartender we didn't like.
