This was one of the best Wendy's we've been to in awhile. We usually stop at Wendy's for road trips and this one was fast, friendly, clean and didn't give us any problems about making 12 biggie bags in their own bags (some locations complain other flat out refuse)Is it gourmet? Nope, it's a Wendy's. Among the Wendy's I've been to though, this one is top tier.

I have been to this location 2 times and both times management had no idea what was going on. 1st time was free cheeseburger day when app crashed and the young white manage had no idea how to fix the app issue. 2nd time I had a coupon for 2 chicken meals for $12 but was charged 13.60 before tax. Manager was upset that I pointed out the problem and asked me what I wanted to do. I told him I want what was on the coupon and to be refunded the difference. He gave me a dollar and a bag of food and pushed me along. The manager couldn’t even do the simple math of the 1.60 owed. It starts at the top. If the managers can’t handle basic math the employees won’t know either. This location needs a serious management change.
