I was in the mood for a sweet fruity drink and they delivered that. We walked in as they were closing and they still served us which was so beyond nice of them. The drink I ordered was delicious and was exactly what I needed. The owners were very informative of their menu and so kind. The atmosphere of the cafe was very fun and cozy. Best first impression of this place. Will recommend to my friends :3

Everything about this place is so amazing, I go with my whole lil family and get a coffee as often as we can, we catch up w the owners that have became friends! We recommend to all of our friends our fav coffee spot but has so many other amazing items to offer!!

My first experience at Four K Nutrition was off of the charts amazing. I was greeted into the restaurant from the family owners with warm welcomes and smiles. I was new to the store so I didn't really know what to order. They took the time to thoroughly explain the menu and why it was so nutritious for you and your body. The drink and their bowl was excellent with a blend of delicious flavour that made the palate craving more. The establishment was beyond clean and cozy. Perfect for hanging out, reading, working, or just playing on your computer. I highly recommend going if you're in the area. This place is a hidden gem in the heart of Hammonton. The shakes are amazing, the service is superb, the atmosphere and decorations are trendy, the options are endless. Be ready to pay a bit more that what you would normally pay for a shake, but this place is worth every penny.

Luxury meets homey! The “Mango Passion” tea I had from them this morning eradicated my headache & jump started my day w/ healthy energy; rich in antioxidants, B vitamins ZERO sugar. A great duo runs the place. Options on options to choose from.

The owners are wonderful people. They're down to earth and provide top notch customer service. The shakes are nutritious and delicious. I especially recommend the Pina Colada and Banana Pudding, and I'm looking forward to trying more of the menu. Very clean and nice atmosphere. And very fair prices for the excellent quality.
