We come here a lot but was disappointed this time because the bread was actually super dark and lightly burnt. I've never gotten one like it before and I'm surprised the owner let it go out that way since he was there. My husband wasn't feeling great after eating it either. I hope it was a one time issue.

We have had hoagies here before and they were great not sure what happened. Don't mind spending money on something that is worth it. There was barely any meat on all three sandwiches. Could have taken the meat from all 3 hoagies and put it on one to make a normal primo hoagie. What a disappointment! We basically just spent $55 on 3 rolls and a bag of chips. Very dissatisfied!

Ordered a hoagie at 11:53a and got it 12:38p. And when it came, it wasn’t even warm and tasted so bland. We sat there waiting for the food and saw other customers come, order and leave.First time at a Primo location and was excited to try it. But the service at this location was terrible when I asked for example of sandwich sizes and for water. But not only was service bad, waiting time ridiculous but it tasted terrible. Should have just gone to Wawa.

Love the food and the service but today I was definitely disappointed when I ordered American hoagie dry with no onions or oregano, and when I went to eat it, what I had was an Italian hoagie with onions and oregano and oil since it was for my grandson I had to take it all apart and remove the spicy lunch meat onions ect defiantly disappointed ☹️

The employees were being so rude to me. One of the employees threw the food at me and made me clean up there Mess while they walked away.

Great hoagies. Great service! Always fresh rolls. My Dads loves the Italian, and I love the turkey with the Cooper cheese, oil, tomatoes, and oregano.. I definitely recommend this place. I love the sides you can order with the hoagies. The place is always clean. The staff are nice.

I stopped in today for a quick bite, staff was friendly. But i paid over $18 for 4 meatballs and a few fork fulls of potato salad. I recognize that times have changed, truly a bit much. And my dumb*ss paid for it, lol. I wish i can say i moaned in ectasy like Meg Ryan in When Harry Met Sally(great scene, btw) while i was eating them but thats a no. They clearly have loyal customers, maybe i need to try again. All the best ?
