If you have basic respect for the workers there (and not being inconvenient like some of the customers are) they will make your day 200% better. Definitely the best fast food place in Harrison in all aspects, especially with customer service. It's my fifth time coming here after work and I'm always greeted with a smile. Special thanks to the cashier named Hugo, a true gentleman, so professional that I felt like I was eating in a 5-star restaurant.

I work in hospitality and I can say 100% the staff here is perfect. I was greated with a positive experience entering here with smiles and laughter. I do take a while to make decisions sometimes so I was happy with how patient the cashier was. The manger was super friendly and helpful. All of the workers seem to enjoy their job not like others stores that contains people with negativity, they was very happy and seem to enjoy their job. Thank you guys for being nice.

Cajun fries was over fried & had less seasoning. Couldn’t feel any salt, Cajun seasoning.

I'm quite dissatisfied with the service at this Five Guys. I ordered a meal for in-store pickup this afternoon, scheduled for 8:30 pm. However, when I arrived at the store at 8:29 pm, the staff asked me to wait a little longer. I had already prepaid for my order around 6 PM and confirmed at 8:15 PM that I was on my way. Strangely, my receipt shows that it was printed around 8:20 pm, yet I had to wait an additional ten minutes in the store to receive the meal I had ordered in advance. Moreover, several customers who arrived after me received their meals before me. Even though I eventually got my meal, I want to ask: what's the point of remote ordering if I can't receive my meal at the scheduled time? In this case, I could have just dined in. I want you to understand that time is precious. I dislike wasting it and I do understand that you are busy and working hard (I even left a tip when I ordered). So please pay more attention to this in the future.

Guy employee with locks and his pants under his waist just standing there looking down at his phone. Has to be told multiple times by employee in black shirt to make a milkshake before he even responds. Everyone else working is great. 10 minutes for the shake and then as soon as he puts it on the counter he's back to his phone. Feel bad for the other employees.

Great service. Everyone was nice and helped us. Food was good

3 out of 5 times they messed up my order, either missing the extra patty I ordered or the bacon burger became a regular cheeseburger. It’s not because they were super busy since I always order in non-peak hours. Just double check with them when you pick up.

Best burger compared to all other similar chain restaurants. Cajun fries are lovely. Only thing I wasn't happy with was the strawberry milkshake I ordered once.

Burgers and food in general are of great quality. Service is overwhelmed so it will be slower than you like and there aren't many parking options due to the nature of the location.Parking: You really have little to no options here, there's metered parking available bht not remotely close by.

By far THE WORST Five Guys in the tri-state area, stop hiring kids that don't want to be there. There are able bodied adults yearning for a job.
