I'm sure it's like a first world problem here but when you get a McFlurry shouldn't it already be mixed and you don't have to mix it yourself. Every time I come here and get one everything sitting on top And you have to mix it yourself to get it throughout the whole thing. I just recently got the Oreo shamrock shake one and it's just green goo on top with Oreo on top. It just seems really lazy and I might end up sick eating just straight green goo.

I stopped going to McDonalds because of the poor quality of food and service. However i have them one last try since i was extremely hungry after working nearby. I went inside to order my food. The young lady that waited on me was not very happy, no smile, grumpy.. After i paid, i moved over to the area to wait to pick up my food, and saw several cooks with hair down to his shoulders, swinging it around while cooking burgers, the other one had a beard with no net!! working the fryer. I can imagine the other conditions back there. My dogs actually enjoyed the food better than me. I will call the health department and report it, but i think the franchise owner and management should address the situation ASAP. I will never patronize this so called food place.This was on Weds December 27th 2023

There is 7 cars in this parking lot, and a kitchen full of staff, some even standing around holding phones, but the lobby has been closed 4 hours before it says on the door, when I call to ask why they said “We are short staffed” but by the amount of people in the back; that wouldn’t appear to be the case?
