Food was overall great. No complaints. Service was out of wack. Didn't seem staff even wanted there be there. Server was ok though.

It is a nice place went for my mother's in-law birthday. We were running a little late so we called to se if they could hold our reservation and they where a little rude about it, service was not attentive missed a lot of stuff, food took a long time and everything was very dry the pasta was raw and the stakes overcooked but what really made me feel bad was the rude conversation about running late and holding a reservation for an empty restaurant

Was decorated great for the holidays but the service was not great. Sat at the bar and the bartender seemed like he wanted to be absolutely anywhere but where he was. Food was pretty marginal. Wings were ok, had good flavor but were not crispy. Popcorn shrimp was as expected. Was looking forward to trying the seoul cheesesteak but it was not good at all. The meat was cold and the dish was so salty it was almost inedible.

Parking: There is a parking garage around the corner that you can park. They will validate 4 hours. After validation on your way out, you have 15 minutes to get your car out of the parking garage.

Went recently for a work dinner. The place is a lot bigger than I anticipated. The decor during the holidays was adorable-- santas and lights galore! They even have a tiki christmas inspired cocktail menu. Although the ambiance and our waiter was attentive and sweet, the food was simply OK. Not much flavor. A steak et frites will run you about $38 which is steep for a really small steak (that was already sliced for you ehhh) and average fries. Thankfully the fries were crispy. I don't think I'd be rushing back to Harrison for this but I did enjoy my time. Plus: they validated our parking!

Made reservations during there Sippin Santa tiki holiday theme, to have a christmas get together with friends. Reservations are a must during christmas, and we made reservations weeks in advance. The christmas theme decor was beautiful. The service was horrible. We were seated right away but than no one came to take an orders , Waited almost 15 minutes . Than to place the food order was another 20mins. Than the food came out and we were not pleased. Ordered the Seoul cheesesteak- great taste but barely any meat , all cheese. The steak frites needed more seasoning and a bunch of pieces were burnt around. My friend also order the steak medium and it came out well done. We also the christmas drinks that were that were not worth the price, came in small glasses. Overall not worth the hype.

Came with a group of 7 to celebrate secret Santa (with advance reservation) and had a good time. It was the perfect festive holiday restaurant. Nicely decorated and instagram worthy. Parking is limited to street, so plan to Uber, play your luck, or pay for a garage spot. Appetizers that we started with were probably the highlight food wise. The entrees were voted mediocre by the party. For the special holiday drinks- only the cups were cute. The drinks themselves were just ok. I also must highlight that the waitress we had was superb and attentive the whole time of our reservation.

I really enjoyed my "Sippin Santa" experience here! It wasn't too hard to get a reservation here, but I did have to book in advance. There was minimal street parking when I arrived, so luckily the restaurant offered complementary parking at the Element Hotel for 4 hours! The interior decoration was so festive and I loved all the lights- I could tell the staff spent lots of time decorating! Food wise, I got three sharables and they were all under $20 - most importantly, they tasted good! I got the popcorn shrimp, mac and cheese and nachos. These dishes were all sharable and were a huge portion (especially the nachos!) Drink wise, I got the yule tide and my friend got the the sippin santa - the drinks were really strong but tasty!! If you like fruity drinks, you'll like the yule tide! Overall, it was a great experience and a fun way to celebrate the holidays with my friends!

I'm a regular here. Used to come by a lot more when more of my friends lived in Harrison. Drinks are well priced and draft list is great. The cocktails are great and I love their special Christmas cocktail special. The decor is super cute too! Food is good but really it's just to accompany your drinks. For brunch they have $25 bottomless mimosa. They also have a large lounge in the back for private parties. Great vibe! My bf had his graduation party there last year the service was phenomenal.

Got the worst food poisoning after having avocado toast and their side salad yesterday. I also have a peanut allergy which I don’t think they took seriously. Immediately nauseous after eating their food, chills, sweats and then vomiting.

I went for the Christmas pop up and I was sooooo disappointed. We were there in total for 3 hours because it took us 45 minutes to get our drinks and about an hour for the manager to ask us how we’re doing and that is when we told her no one has taken our order and she did. Our server wasn’t attentive at all we had to keep asking the manager who was helping out to take our dinner order and a different server to take our second order of drinks. The food was horrible. My friend and I both ordered a medium well steak and they gave it to us medium and it was super salty. I exchanged it for a burger and it was the driest burger I’ve ever had in my life. We also ordered the lava cake which had no “lava”. All around the service was horrible and the food didn’t make up for it.
