I came to the walk up window at night after a concert and buzzed the staff. When they answered they said they are too busy with drive through to help me. The manager even came to the window and I showed him the Wendy's app wasn't allowing orders for pick up even though that's what he asked me to do and he said. Sorry, can't help you. Bye.

Yesterday Thursday 04/04/2024 we stop by to get something to eat with my family and the cashier ( Hispanic guy) has a very bad mood kind of mean also he did not answer our questions and I sa8d thanks many times waiting to hear at least a your welcome but he did not open his mouth...I dk why you have this kind of employees., good customer service it's the key in every place. I also notice those guys do not use glove and take the food & the fries with their dirty hands that previously took the money agggg?

If you want to spend money on cold, nasty food, and have items missing from your order this is will be your favorite location! Uncle Dave would kill himself (he is already dead) if he knew what was going on in here. If you look forward to food poisoning and dream of calling out of work and spending the day at the ER, this if your daily go to location. If you want to poop your pants multiple times over 72 hours and get the chills, order a Dave Single.
