There is an Arab girl who works, you ask her for an order and she doesn't do what you order and in the process, she is poorly educated, spoiled, bad, she is tense, she is all dirty, her hands are filthy, how is it possible that she charges at the same time and makes the food with dirty hands? and the place is all dirty, stinky, the bathroom is rubbish. I do not recommend this place. Dunkin' should choose their staff better and worry about customer service and cleanliness.

Always dirty when I come here. Staff is not friendly. No greeting , no smile. Totally ignore customer. Even when hand out the drink. Coffee is the worse one from Dunkin also.

I used to go there every morning but not anymore. There used to be Bengladesh Employees who are very humble and foods are very good. The environment used to be wonderful. They recently hired a Hispanic female cashier and manager who is very disrespectful with the way they greet and annoyingly loud.I usually order a coffee and avacado sandwich breakfast. But that day I ordered a cafe latte and cashier lady would say something like “oh you are stingy” and the Bangladesh employee was positive and said oh no it’s not lie that with a little smile. I showed my disapproval face but Next day the lady manager would come yelling to take my order with a little twisted attitude. I thought this is my last day here. Never stepped again.

I posted a previous review complaining that the employees don’t bother to prepare your entire mobile order if there’s more than one item. About a year or so later, it’s STILL an issue. The fact that I have to TELL them that there’s an item missing from my order tells me that they’re incompetent at their jobs. This has happened MULTIPLE TIMES.

Changing my previous one star review to a five star review. The new employees are much better suited for the positions they signed up for. The customer service is present now and welcoming. New people, new morale.
